Reliable Parts

Why do I even have to give a star … they are utmost scam artists. I bought a part on the south side and there was an issue so was advised to go to the west side location by Reliable Online. When we arrived we advised the sales person at the desk we requested a replacement for this new part. He flatly refused … we called back to the online centre and they apologized but said I’d have to try to beg to a manager but they couldn’t force a replacement despite that was what was needed. The store was spoken to but they just wanted me to buy a 400+ dollar control panel. When they were questioned on their logic they demonstrated their utter lack of logic.
Glad I had the technology ability to trouble shoot the issue and get the parts issue rectified.
If your a parts repair guy and are buying parts to repair appliances and can pass on Reliable’s inflated prices to the customer then this might be your stop but if you need customer service and reasonable prices then this is NOT your store.
Don’t stop … JUST RUN!

If I could go lower than 1 star it would be -5! I was referred to this “business” and went there. In a line with 8 other people, I finally was asked to “come here” to an individual at the counter with dark hair, when I asked if they could help me or even get some suggestions if they didn’t have it he literally ignored me and called out “NEXT” I couldn’t believe the VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I guarantee I will NEVER go there again nor will I ever refer them! DIDGRACEFUL and EMBARSSING! Even the people waiting behind me couldn’t believe it!

The worse C/S. Just because they are the biggest game doesn’t supersede service. Terrible place to get parts. Look for smaller players and get the service

Bad service at the counter and even worse prices. After getting a ridiculous quote for a washing machine part I got the exact part from AMRE for 90% less! Go to AMRE.

The customer service at this location is the absolute worst I have ever seen. Walk in there and you are left standing. Arrogant and extremely rude staff! If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I would. Do not go to this place!

I ordered a part on May 4 and was told it was going to take a couple of weeks. I have since called back four times. Each time they give me a new expected date. This was for a part that I was told was in the Calgary warehouse on May 4. I have been without a fridge now for almost three months and I still don't have the part.

Rude and unfriendly staff, that's how you ruin a busniss by keeping this kind of ppl dealing with customers

Unfriendly sales person behind the counter! Had him twice- I can't believe that people like that are employed! Sure he scares away a lot of customers! I'm not the first and not the only one complaining as I read the reviews.how you can make it right? Teach your employees to be always friendly with a smile and looking customers in the eyes.or put them to work in the back.where no customers contact is needed.simple solution
