I spent a few days researching and pricing a remote starter for our Sienna and any place that was a decent price was very inconvenient or was booking 2 weeks away. I saw a Facebook post recommending Reliable so I gave Leo a call. That same night Leo came to my house and installed the system in my garage for a very reasonable price - best of both worlds! First of all, the installer Leo is very friendly and I think he knows how to install a remote starter. He booked me in for a installation for evening was quick to finish complete installation.

3 days after installation the remote starter stopped working. I called him and he was quick to get me in to repair.he said its repaired and next day the remote starter didn't do its job which is to start the car.

He said there is some issues with coding. I called compustar and they said its installation issue or faulty product. I am hoping he will replace it with new product which will work.

The person is nice but the product was very important.the product failed many times for me so I am questioning who is correct. The manufacturer or installer.
