I treated myself to a facial for my birthday and it was such a lovely experience! Casey was amazing, the treatment was excellent and so calming, the spa itself is so beautiful, and my skin has never felt so good. Highly recommend!

This place is great! I've had several different treatments done from facials, micro needling and moxi laser. I've had micro needling done with Carly and Moxi with Casey. Both have done facials on me as well. I've seen really great improvements in my skin overall from the treatments I've received here. The overall spa is really beautiful as well. Highly recommend both Carly and Casey for your skin care needs!

Remedy Banff is such a gem for professional beauty services. Casey is outstanding at what she does. Her soft touch and keen eye for perfection makes her in the top of her industry. Highly recommend! And the complimentary tea and treat on the beautiful outside patio over looking the majestic mountains adds a very special touch of perfection.

The lounge afterwards where we ended with champagne was relaxing and the perfect end to our session. You must go—you will not be disappointed. This was the first time I have been to Remedy Skincare & Spa. I will definitely come back the next time I am in Banff! I had a facial with Casey and it was wonderful, it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! It's a lovely and comfortable environment.

My first ever facial experience and it was amazing! Casey took the time to explain the process and reviewed it with me at the end in order to make a skin care plan that suited me. My skin feels a lot smoother and I quickly saw a difference. Would definitely recommend booking with them and I will be going back soon.

It was the first facial I've ever had and it was amazing! My skin really did look rejuvenated immediately after. So many of my blackheads were removed after this treatment and it was so relaxing. Renee did a great job, and she also recommended a cleanser for me that I bought and am very happy with. Great experience overall!

I think I have to share my experience here so that more people could know how their service is.

I did a 45 min hydrafacial. I came on time before my scheduled treatment time at 3: 20 pm. However, the esthetician was a few minutes late.

When the treatment started, the equipment was not functioning properly and the esthetician had to stop a few times to adjust the equipment. I believed she stopped for 5 mins in total. And she didn’t extend my treatment time.

So I paid $210 (including tips) for a 35 min treatment (esthetician being late, equipment not functioning properly, the time for you to get changed).

Staff are nice and friendly but this is just not what I have expected.

Taking care of my skin and the skin of my love ones is like little notes of love to our bodies.and this is how Remedy complements the magnificent treatments making my skin feels fantastic, Remedy has the high quality facial products, bringing excellent results, me and my son (we can’t travel without them) the Cosmedix acne skincare line are wonderful works amazing in the skin of my son, the iS Clinical products and the Sunscreen Image give my skin and my son fantastic results. The spa is bright and airy and the receptionist was very welcoming. I had my brows shaped and my eyelashes tinted by Casey. She was on time, friendly and efficient, and I’m very happy with the results. I will be back!

We did the hydra-facial and I really appreciated all her recommendations and for taking the time to discuss the steps of what she was doing and why. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great facial treatment in Banff! The hot beverage at the end was an added bonus!

I had the distress package with Beth and it was my first spa experience. It was the best! I’ve never felt so relaxed and my skin looks great even a week after the facial. This spa does a great job of taking care of you the moment you step in to the door. I’d highly recommend Remedy to anyone I know!

I have had a lot of misguided treatments. Renee explained everything so simply. She went above and beyond to find treatments that i can continue with at home in Ontario. I travel to AB frequently and I will most certainly be back!

Renee is incredibly talented at what she does, and beyond empathetic to skin woes that I was suffering from. Not only did I leave Temesy with less inflammation immediately, but awoke to much clearer and healing skin. A true gem of a women and space - if only I lived closer!
