Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I was extremely upset and shocked after driving almost an hour to be told the cost was more than double what I was quoted on the phone. I was told $175 and paid just shy of $400. Called around and everywhere else charges $175. Won't be going back. They wouldn't honour that price either. Staff were nice besides that, but it's a rip off.

I have only had one appointment so far but I am quite impressed with their level of care and customer service.
On my first appointment I ended up arriving 30 minutes late due to poor road conditions, the staff were understanding and responded to drive safe which showed me that the safety of their clients is the most important to them.
The consult was professional, friendly, kind and transparent with my options.
The tech was professional and walked me through the process before during and after treatment. And then followed up with me via text the next day to make sure everything went well. Thank you!

I’m glad I made the decision to go with Removery. I called and made an appointment and got to see them same day, and got my first treatment after years of contemplating. The location is nice, right in the corner on Whyte Ave, as opposed to their previous location. I did have to park a block away but it’s expected in that area. The place is nice, welcoming, and they explained everything very clear and made sure I got the best deal which I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere else. I already can’t wait for my next session! The process is fast and you leave in a little bit of pain but the relief knowing your unwanted tattoo is going to be gone is worth it. Highly recommend.

Her name is Sydney but she is here in Edmonton and not in Australia! She is so knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a big smile. Highly recommended. I like the girl!

I’ve been to the Removery for 4 treatments now, and I only have amazing things to say. Jen, and each of the 3 technicians I’ve seen are so kind and accommodating. One of my tattoos is essentially gone after just one session, and the other 2 are more than halfway faded after just 3 and 4 sessions. I’ve had zero blisters and my healing has been a breeze following their instructions. They tell you everything to expect and answer all questions honestly. Coming here for tattoo removal is one of the best decisions I’ve made.

As painful and unpleasant removing unwanted tattoos is, im beyond grateful that i found removery to answer all of my anxiety ridden questions, help me to understand the process and work with me to help get the most for my money.i hope i don’t have to come back for future tattoos… but i know where i’ll be sending friends if needed!

seth was wonderful, especially after losing Ben this year, i was really dreading coming in and dealing w someone new & his compassion and humour were so appreciated with such a sensitive subject.all love.

Just got my first session done today!
I had this tattoo on my leg for about a year from the studio I work at, and finally wanted to get it faded out. I went in pretty nervous as I wasn’t sure if they accept apprentices but everyone inside was polite and went through everything step by step. They care if you’re comfortable and will answer any questions you have. I’m definitely excited to continue my tattoo removal here!

As it’s literally not even been an hour since I finished you can see the bruising in the area pretty well but nevertheless it’s not as intimidating as I thought. The procedure felt like little pinches, the guy explained the side affects beforehand so the bruising was no shock to me.

It was easy to book an appointment and Seth was very knowledgeable and kind! I’m so nervous when going for my appointments but thankful for the REMOVERY team for always making my appointments a good experience! Jen is always the best I am bad with directions and can never remember where the parking spots are but she was so nice printed me a map exactly where to find the parking spots!:)

I want to say this experience has been much better than I expected. The staff are personable, professional but still room for a laugh. Very positive experience and I would recommend Removery to friends and family.

The women who work at this Whyte Ave location are always so kind and genuine. It really makes the painful process a lot more pleasant.

Have gone to Madi twice now and she definitely knows her stuff and the experience shows. Years ago I did a session with another company in Red Deer and they were awful, my tattoos blistered and they did an awful job. Not the case here and I’ll only go to Madi now. Thank you!

I had some trouble getting into the building but I had no trouble finding them once I was inside. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get started on the removal process the same day! It was too bad but it was a small tattoo. Would definitely recommend them!
