WOW is all I can say! I had a lower impacted wisdom tooth taken out by Dr. Young earlier this year, and everything went so smooth. I was very nervous and had so many questions and the Dr and the staff answered it all. Also this office operates like a very well oiled machine, they are very prompt and thorough in all their procedures and comunnications. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking to get oral surgery and want to be well taken care of by a team of experts.

Dr Carl Young is amazing. From my consults to seeing me before my surgery and post op it couldn’t have gone any better. He put my mind and fears at ease. He is a tremendous surgeon and even though my wisdom teeth extractions of the 2 lower teeth were complicated being 61 years old, everything went extremely well with no after complications. The extra step of the PRP due to my age will definitely help my healing. The surgery and time spent there afterwards was shorter than I had anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. Post-op nurses were fantastic. My pre and post op instructions were detailed and very helpful. The front staff are amazing, pleasant, and courteous. The wait time was always minimal. It’s the day after my surgery and I’m doing very well way beyond my expectations. Thank you Dr Carl Young and staff I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you or your clinic. You guys are amazing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had an appointment for 11: 15. We arrived at 11: 08. Waited waited waited waited waited. Sat waiting until 12: 15 before we were called into a room. 4 people were taken in before us. She asked a few questions said dr would be in shortly. Waited another 30 minutes for dr to come and have a 2 minute conversation then said nurse would be in shortly. Waited another 15 minutes. She had me fill out a form and then we left. Was in my car just after 1.2 hours. We waited TWO hours for a 5 minute appointment. If I showed up 2 hours late or didn’t show up at all, I’d have been charged a no show fee. Can I invoice for wasting my time?
My son will be having his tongue tie surgery here because the dr seems nice and good, but waiting 2 hours is absolutely unethical.

The staff were incredibly friendly both before and after my surgery. The communication was consistent and the post and pre operation instructions were given in three different formats. The office is immaculate and the surgeons are extremely qualified. While I hope I do not need oral surgery again, if I ever do I would hope to be referred back to them.

Phenomenal staff. The front desk ladies were all so helpful and kind. Dr Lahl was wonderful and very informative. My son was very well taken care of, and he was happy with his care and the way he was treated. All staff were friendly, personable and helpful. Highly recommend!?

Im a highly anxious individual with sensory issues who has avoided the dentist for a long time, but needed to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth.i am phobic of the dentist, needles, the whole thing, but my experience was nothing but pleasant! Nearly a week out and im healing great, was in minimal pain following and everyone was very kind from the consultant to the anesthesiologist.i would recommend it to anyone who’s nervous about dental work.it was (all things considered!) a great experience.

My daughter just had dental surgery here and I had a tooth pulled here years ago. It was an amazing experience both times. The doctors and nurses have been amazing. Both doctors and the nurse came out to let us know how she was doing so we were updated 3 times in the hour we were here. They did an amazing job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place over any other I have been to.

From Reception desk, to consultation, to surgery and recovery, all staff were considerate, polite, helpful and caring. I appreciated the after surgery check up when I got home.

All the staff are excellent. After 3 hours of removal of 4 wisdom teeth my daughter already chatting with all her classmate. She doesn't feel any pain. Thank you guys. Good job

I was a patient here 15+ years ago when I got my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Lahl was very kind and friendly. I genuinely think he's a great person. Everything seemed fine with my procedure. 7 years ago a chunk of wisdom tooth he missed removing surfaced to the side of my gums and I removed it. I went to see Dr. Lahl and he told me that sometimes these things can happen if the tooth shatters while it's being extracted. Today the same thing happened on the other side of my mouth. If you want to get your wisdom teeth removed properly, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

I went here to get out my wisdom. The staff were all super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. There was very little waiting, and the surgery was over very quickly. Dr. Lalh did a great job, and recovery has been very smooth so far.

With regards to my daughter’s oral surgery:

- post op nurse was quite nice, except for the fact she failed to mention the surgery was very difficult and the recovery time would be longer then normal. They told us this quite a bit after the fact.
- they submit claims to insurance providers via MAIL. While charging a >$600 “office usage fee” you’d think they could submit claims electronically. The reason we were given? They have to send supporting documents. Ever heard of scanning? We were told the claim would take 4-6 weeks to be processed. Some people can’t afford to wait that long for thousands of dollars.
- a post surgery follow-up call was promised to check on my daughter, it never happened.

This office was highly recommended by our regular dentist. I will be having a chat with him regarding all of this nonsense.

The office is super clean and very pretty. Everyone there is extremely nice and made me feel less anxious about my surgery. I highly recommend they made it a pleasant experience

Shoutout to Dr. Lahl and his team. I recently had my 4th surgery with Dr. Lahl and it went well. From the first consultation to the surgery itself, i was provided with important info, all the questions were answered, all the fears addressed. I have been the patient of Dr. Lahl for over 7 years and he is the only one I trust for my dental and oral surgeries!

Great experience, felt very comfortable and cared for! The front desk ladies, nurses, surgeon, and anesthesiologist were excellent!

Had my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday (July 2nd) and all the staff were amazing. Dr. Lahl did an excellent job with my surgery and was very personable, gentle and friendly. Dr. Snider did amazing with the anesthesia as well. All front desk staff and nurses were very knowledgeable and super nice. No issues at this office and would 10/10 recommend to my friends who need their wisdom teeth done.

If you are looking to get a simple corrective procedure done like a tongue tie correction, I STRONGLY advise you look elsewhere. The doctor will dismiss your symptoms, will not believe you, and will send you somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here. If I could give zero stars, I would. The front ladies were nice enough though, so they get the lone star.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here and the whole team made the experience a lot less scary and a lot more comfortable. The front staff, the nurses and Dr Lahl were friendly and relaxed and completely professional. The recovery nurses take the time to explain all the after care and ensure you understand. Even after you leave the team is easily available to contact if you have any questions. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know who needs oral surgery. Thanks for everything!

This was the biggest waste of my time and the person who I had waiting for me also. They told me to be here for 10: 45am and it’s now 1pm still haven’t had my procedure.

Came here to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. I was super nervous and stressed out about going under. Ladies at the front desk were super nice and welcoming. All the nurses made me feel at ease and answered any questions/concerns that I had. Dr. Lahl was very nice and welcoming, again answered all my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is nervous about getting their wisdom teeth out, it was a very pleasant experience.

A horrible and distressing experience here. Went for wisdom teeth surgery and waited for 3 hours before even getting in. I was very anxious about going under as this was my first time getting surgery and not once did I feel comforted. I was most nervous about going under anesthesia, however, many of my friends and others I talked to told me their experiences else where and stated they would do a good job and make me count down or tell me what to expect. In my case, as I was laying on the table, the Anaesthesiologist came in the room still chewing his food in his mouth very unprofessionally and did not introduce his role to me, so at one point I had thought my surgeon was switched to him. He then proceeded to tell me they were just going to give me some oxygen, which I thought was just that. Until it tasted weird and I realized they were putting me under. NO warning, NO count down, NO explanation to what was going on and he completely lied to me. This led to me having a panic attack and the next thing I am waking up in a different room. I woke up crying and very upset from all the confusion and and I felt like I hadn’t received the care I should of. The nurse kept on saying “you the know the doctor did this to you right” in response to some of my questions which was frustrating because NO I DID NOT KNOW, as no one took the time to explain these things they would be doing such as putting a tube up my nose. Through the entire experience, I felt like I was being rushed through the door as a quick as possible. Not once did I feel someone took the time to check in with me, see how I was feeling about the surgery or in my case how I felt about going under, or properly explain what they would be doing. The front end was equally disappointing in their organization from the start to finish. Dr. Young was the only positive thing to my experience as he did a great job at taking my wisdom teeth out and I recovered quickly. However, due to the rest of the providers I would never go back or refer anyone else here. This clinic truly should be educated on what person-centred care is as I received absolutely none.

I went for a free consultation with Dr lahl. What a nice man! I went for a cosmetic concern. Dr. Lahl was very kind. He looked me in the eye. He explained everything very well and told me I had a beautiful smile comparing it to Julia Robert's. He did not recommend the procedure I was interested in. The ladies working there were all lovely, warm and efficient.

Rude staff, nurses and dentists included. Did not follow post up, very rude and forcefully put my sister to sleep even though she has claustrophobia and did not give anti-biotics which caused swelling and infection for two week. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t go here!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out 3 days ago and this clinic made me feel so comfortable. The reception was very nice and answered any and all questions that I had. I was first approached by one of there staff who took my weight, blood pressure, heart rate and then some x-rays. She then guided me into a room and ensured all the information on my wrist band was correct. After this I was approached by the oral surgeon who looked inside my mouth and explained the procedure to me and offered for me to either get numbed or to go under general anesthesia. When he left, another member of there staff came in and gave me some medicine to prepare for the surgery and then I went back into the waiting room. About the 5 minutes later they called me and I went into the surgery room and all the staff were very nice and explained to me what was happening before I went under general anesthesia. About an hour later I woke up and there was 3 nurses in the room and they kept checking in to see how I was doing. Afterwards they explained the post surgery care and some prescriptions and I was sent home. They called the next day to see how I was doing and to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place, they made this experience a lot more comfortable than I was anticipating.

I forgot to write a review after my son's tooth removal surgery earlier this year. Dr. Yeung was very professional and nice throughout the process, even though I was being an overreacting mom that was filled with fear and overthinking. They addressed all my concerns before and after the procedure. Dr. Yeung called to check on my son a few days after the surgery as well. I am very appreciative for all the staff in this office.

Awesome experience. Dr Lahl and his team did an outstanding job not only with the procedure and making me feel welcome, but also with great customer service.

Couldn't agree more with the comment about front end staff. Dr. Lahl was wonderful. The front end was beyond terrible. If this wasn't a time sensitive issue for my child I would have NEVER proceeded. Not simply unhelpful (which she absolutely was) but directly rude and intrusive, multiple times. I told her after the 3rd time that I was shocked by the way she was addressing myself/our family, and that she was making comments that were WAY out of line. Absolutley terrible. She made a frightening situation (anesthetic/surgery for our 7 year old) so much more distressing. Once we were able to have the actual surgery, the experience was great. From the moment my son was in the surgical room to when we brought him out of recovery, excellent care. Unfortunatley I had to continue to deal with this staff member for issues of billing/insurance (which 3 months later are still not resolved due to incorrect information being entered by Renew).

I was referred by my family dentist to have wisdom tooth extracted. I have had the procedure done 02/14/2019 and all is well just recovering. The team at renew are very professional and very welcoming.from reception to the nurses to Dr Young made me feel very comfortable with the procedure and I love the warm blankets when you are in the surgery suite and recovery. I dont remember the recovery nurse short dark hair lovely lady very helpful. Thank you Renew for helping with my oral surgery.

This experience was absolutely out of this world. The surgery was smooth, on time and the recovery room experience was AMAZING!
First Dr Lalh took on a surgery that two dentist had declined. He explained everything to me including all the complications. Took every precaution by getting know my health and having my doctor to a pre chexk up.
I was called twice to do all the things for pre surgery and reminding me of all precautions.
The front desk girls were welcoming and joked with me about a few things releasing my nervousness.
The surgery was on time. Recovery room was a wonder. And the nurse took care of me even putting my coat even though my family was there and made sure everyone got instructions for the prescription
Cherry on the cake. Getting a call from Dr Lakh asking me how I am doing and giving me some further tips after assessing my current recovery! Who does that! Now a days doctors take money even for looking at you for a sec!

My daughter was referred by the dentist for wisdom teeth. The front end ladies who take calls and inquiries and send out appointments for procedures are not friendly, not very helpful and very short over the phone. They could use a course on customer service. My daughter told them how nervous she was and the staff was curt and not very reassuring. Waited for 2 hours for her appointment just to go in.
It was not pleasant experience from the phone call to make the appiintment to the procedure, i wouldn't refer this place based on support staff alone.
