I recently bought the Chrysler 300 from Renfrew as my first time buying the car from dealership it's wasn't the best experience even though they had the car I wanted and haven't had a problem there but with the financing they messed up the price of the car more than $2000 and which screws up with interest since I already made few payment towards the wrong price and I thought that they are doing this for long time so I thought that they would do the perfect job so I really didn't worry about it there however, when I got the time to check all the cost something wasn't adding up and I noticed that the price of the car was way off than what it showed on Ads. After I found that price is off I contacted the dealership and they said that they will catch the mistake end of the month either way but how would I know that they will contact me if I didn't catch the mistake. And I am currently still waiting for that to get fixed this is very inconvenient for me because I shouldn't really have to worry about this issue because it's their job to sell and do finance for their customers.

I saw a truck listed on marketplace and messaged. I was told to come in to look at the truck a week ago only to go and be told the truck was sold the night before but they would see what else they had. I was only interested in that one so I said no thanks. Then I notice the same truck is listed a week later and messaged asking about it and they tell me it just sold today. They even lowered the price since selling it a week ago. Obviously running the old scam for you to come in so they can get your contact and sell you something you don’t want. Scummy tactic.

My husband and I recently went and had an amazing experience. We spoke with Abraham Bernard as our Sales Associate and it was a very simple and easy process.

We also spoke with Stefan Piechocki, who was our Finacial Advisor. Who went above and beyond, gave a lot of detail and clarified all our questions and concerns? What concerns!

I am going to tell anybody who doesn't already know about Renfrew mailing buy-out offers disguised as rent subsidy.with people struggling today that is completely heartless. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
If they weren't cancelled before for their shady practices or their constant phone calls, they should definitely be now.

Fast forward a year this jeep I was told had a $2k accident is actually $15k! Lost all value in the car. DO BOT BUY HERE.

I will never recommend this dealer after my experience today and I wish I could give them negative reviews.

Went to Renfrew today to look at a new pickup and they are the only dealer in town with the trim level I wanted. Sat down with the sales rep and went through everything I wanted and must haves etc.and said I was looking at options for what I would like when I order in the next few months but just wanted to view the trim level in cab size I wanted. Signed all the paperwork and then they left to go see the manager. After about 5 or so minutes the sales rep came back asking why I wanted a 3500 and how much my trailer weighs. I answered and they went back to the manager. After another 5 minutes they came back and we’re quizzing me on why I wanted a certain trim level, and if I knew the difference between the trim levels (yes I did as I’ve been researching for 3 or 4 months to this point) and so I explained then they were off to see the manager again. The next time the manager came with the sales rep asking again what I wanted and also saying that with what I was going to put down wouldn’t bring my payments with where I wanted them (gave a number just to see if it was possible to look) and then I stated I was looking at ordering due to the 2023 models being the previous year. After this they both left and another 5 minutes goes by and the sales rep come back and says “we are too busy on Saturday's to invest our time to show you what your after and don’t want to waste my time when I have a family to feed but, if you wanted you can make an appointment during the week and come back”.

Due to this attitude I wouldn’t even consider buying, recommending or even speaking anything good about Renfrew to anyone.

Don't buy used. I have done better buying off Kijiji. You can ask all the questions about the stability of the vehicle given its age, what it will be used for and they will smile pretty and tell you what you want to hear but in the end, its a mess of a money pit. They don't check their used stock.

Email after email about reviewing, so here you go. No apologies, no offers to help. Last email response. "Very sorry you feel that way. It was our intention to have you pleased with the vehicle that you selected". There are SEVEN other Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealerships in Calgary go there.
