We moved from Ontario to Alberta last year and were fortunate to find Renova to help us build our dream home in the Precedence area of Cochrane.

It’s been almost a year since we moved into our new build by Renova and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Melanie was an absolute gem - was able to help us pick out all the right styles, colours and upgrades from our home - and was able to accommodate all of it virtually while we were in Ontario. Thanks for all your help with helping us through so many tough decisions!

Mark was our site supervisor and went above and beyond not only through the build process but also to help quickly resolve any minor warranty defects as they came up throughout the year following possession of our home.

I dealt with Melanie Law and her service was excellent, great builder and team.

The builder is good but the sales rep Melanie for new builds is very unprofessional. She never answers her phone, is dishonest and unprofessional. In addition, I've heard her say to other clients, "if you're not happy, I'll have 10 people ready to buy the property". This was after she changed the square footage downward and the model of the home on a lot without even advising the client at all and increasing the price by $50,000.00. I would give you guys 5 star but having someone like working for you is shameful.
