Huge room for long stays.
Spacious, clean and equiped with many amenities and facilities.
Breakfast was nice but only missed pancakes meal.
Laundry and gym available nice as well, was not full when i used it.
Did not have good view cause i stayed on lower floor, but for higher ones for sure it is.
No doubt I would go back there.

Great location, staff is okay, nothing special. Rooms are really great with good amenities. Breakfast is the best part. Although it’s seems that they’re cost cutting with certain items compared to before

Generally good place to stay. Especially Deraj was performing above and beyond in helping me. The senior Asian lady at the front desk is also friendly. Nice to have kitchen, pan etc. But the internet speed is not fast enough if you work for IT and the premium network service is down during my stay.

Also it happens 1-2 times that the guard in the lobby keep staring at me weirdly which is uncomfortable.

Fantastic place. Got a full suite. Just loved it. Hotel had one if the best breakfast I’ve ever had. I went for work and couldn’t spend much time at the room but sure was 10/10. Or even more than that.

This hotel is a gem. Clean rooms with nice city views, functional kitchen, sitting area, and walk-in shower. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful, including hot food, fruit, and pastries. The on-site bar/lounge has a limited menu, but food and service were great. There's no room service, but the hotel is walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful large rooms, comfortable beds, great service. The best part is the large free breakfast, amazing selection!

No hotel better represent the spirit and vitality of Calgary better than the Residence Inn. Just opened in 2019 it has every modern convenience and technology you need for a long stay in Calgary. We had an amazing stay this weekend! I loved the hotel and room, very clean and comfy. We have found our new stay for Calgary! Also the breakfast was worth it!

Beautiful room an almost full kitchen. Full size fridge, cook-top, microwave, full sink, and dishwasher. It comes with a variety of kitchenware for use. I really liked the tv set up. It allows you to enter your Netflix and Prime video credentials so that you can watch your own streaming services on the hotel tv. You have the ability to delete your credentials manually, or they get automatically deleted on the day of your checkout.
The hotel also has one of the best breakfasts that I have ever had at a hotel. The biggest selection of both warm and cold options.
The hotel is a right in the middle of downtown with lots of restaurants, convenient stores, pharmacies, and what not all within walking distance.
My only complaint would be the hotel parking. Something we weren't aware until we checked in. The parkade attached to the hotel is not owned by them and if you want to come park there they charge you an additional fee of $30 a day to use it. We did end up paying it as you really have no other choice. We didn't mind, it would of just been nice to know that when we booked.

Great place to stay for work in Calgary. Front staff is helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is unreal, lots of options.

I stayed for 4 weeks in the Hotel.
Nice exterior and interior, rooms are big enough to feel comfortable.
BUT you are not able to turn off the fan in the room, just from the reception they can cange it, really stupid and disapointing.
Breakfast is not bad but the quality is poor and it's disgusting. Unhealthy, American style breakfast, every day the same oily bacon, sausage, hash browns, scrambled egg. Danish looks good but the taste is awful, just frozen products.
The best of all are fresh fruits.
Parking costs 30$, even if you have Ambassador elite status. You get no discount. This is naughty.
There are better hotels in the city.

These rooms are so trendy and cool. Big big kitchens. And they are sooooo sound proof. Can't hear anything from your room from the hallways, we had guests and music and couldn't hear a peep outside so 10 stars for that! And the free Buffett.was incredible! Like so sooooo good! Will be staying again!

Very clean, very nice hotel. Central to a lot of different things in Calgary. It is nice spot to go and explore from the mountains to even just riding the c-train in Calgary. Rooms and service are great. Morning breakfast was amazing.

Me and my friends had a wonderful time at residence inn, staffs at the lobby are very friendly and helpful.

Everything about this place is top notch. Service is great and always happy to help.
Maids keep your rooms spotless and top up everything as much as needed.

Free breakfast buffet, but the food is so good too! Freshly made and Starbucks coffee! My fave hotel to stay in Calgary. Not to mention the convenience and the staff r so nice. Parking is not expensive in my opinion and once you pay you have unlimited access coming in or going out!

Typical downtown hotel. We paid $10 extra for a large studio, well worth it, the room was huge and nicely appointed. Breakfast was fantastic.

Happy with my 2-night stay here.
The fridge was not working when we checkin, we were able to chat with front desk from our room and they sent someone to come fix right away, which was awesome.

We stayed here in 2020 and we loved the place, so we decided to rebook it last week. Similar to what others have said, we had issues with the AC and reported it on both nights to the reception who tried to help but with little success. Nice place, but it marred our enjoyment.

Loved it! Beautiful suites, great view, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are fantastic. Plus it's pet friendly! Will absolutely stay at the Residence again.

We choose to book at the Beltine Marriot because of it’s central location made thing very convenient. However when we walked in we quickly took notice to the fact our room wasn’t probably clean. There were dirty dishes in the dish washer as well and crumbs and a collection of melted chocolate under the couch. Pretty disappointing as we booked the room for my partners birthday. We have stayed at many marriot locations and have never had this issue in the past. Also the breakfast buffet was totally destoyed when we arrived at 9: 30 and the failed to restock any food so we get only could scavage an apple and muffin.

Unreal room, visit, service, and complimentary inclusions. I stayed at the Fairmont last week in Calgary and it has nothing on this place. It will be the only hotel I use from now on!
Most comfortable hotel bed I've been on, the room felt like my own apartment (apartment size fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, utensils.). Full sized dining table and couch, a beautiful walk-in shower, complete updated technology (USB plugins beside the bed, lights integrated into the headboard, TV (that knew my name) ready to stream Netflix for me).
Unreal - I felt like I was staying in a five star hotel. The staff were also friendly, they gave me recommendations on places to check out, and the breakfast was next level (and included!)

The front desk staff was incredible and friendly. The hotel itself is gorgeous. We stayed on the 30th floor and had the most amazing views of the city. The price was reasonable and the location was great. The only bummer is $30/night parking but that's downtown pretty much anywhere you go. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night last week and DAMN, this place is an experience in itself. This is probably the only hotel I'd opt for OVER an Air Bnb stay. Worth every penny.

Don't take the continental breakfast for granted. They have an entire FLOOR dedicated to that drool fest. Enjoy your meal in the spacious dining area OR out on thier siiiiiiiiiiiiiick patio area. Being that it's located right downtown, it's great for skyscraper views and people watching.

Don't even get me started on the room. I felt like I had my own tiny apartment.

I legit want to plan things in Calgary JUST for the experience of staying here again. Also SUPER friendly staff.

Side bonus: it's a pet friendly place. We don't have dogs ourselves but we got to enjoy many pets and snoot booping of other guest's pets during our stay.

Clean and spacious room! It was nice to be able to cook in the room since it's panini I didn't want to dine outside. Also, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! I would definitely stay here next time I visit Calgary.

The view is spectacular! Stayed here for a couple days and really enjoyed the bright, clean space. Staff were extremely accommodating with granting our request for a higher floor and made celebrating our special event so easy and enjoyable. Reception desk was prompt with any requests and made our stay so comfortable. Will be back!

Pretty nice honestly. Breakfast is great, service is great, the rooms are nice and have everything you need. Anything extra you can ask for and they'll bring it to you pretty quick. The only complaint I have are their showers. Water pressure was low, and there was a dank smell at first which I believe is coming from the floor grate where the water drains out. I didn't want to check and be horrified because those types of drains always trap a lot of nastiness. However they had amazing soap, shampoo and conditioner that immediately killed any of that smell. All around, it was a good experience and I will be back!

It took 3 hours to sort out an issue with a tv multiple interruptions from hotel staff, we ended up in a different room after 3 hours of back and fourth with worse view. No apologies were given, when we asked for a refund just to leave we were told no. The best part about coming here was leaving and knowing I won’t be coming back. Thanks for making my engagement to my wonderful fiancé so special Marriott. NOT

Favourite new Calgary hotel. Stayed three nights in Aug. 2021, and were upgraded to a suite (booked directly on the Marriot site and for better price with a parking package than available elsewhere). Great location for shopping and eateries. Hot breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options, very clean and modern hotel and rooms, great staff. Nice walk in shower, kitchen in suites a nice option and fully stocked. Didn’t get chance to use the gym but poked head in and it looked decently equipped. Parking onsite at $30 per night is fairly standard for downtown Calgary.

Not sure why people give this good review for this unforgettable hotel.

- why 2 doors in bathroom,? Doors are extremely worst. No door handles in bathroom sliding doors
- bedsheets makes so much noise
- why hotel staff served food? People can pickup by themself
- parking should be free for staff

Great view! Great room! Great location! Great breakfast! All in all we would definitely stay again. The only down fall is our rooms a/c wasn’t working. Didn’t realize it until the middle of the night when we were woken up by sweating. It looks like the Ac was locked because it said the room was not occupied.

In hindsight we could have called the front desk - but we were just tired and tried to go back to sleep.

My husband and I stayed her for 3 days over a weekend and its now my favorite Calgary hotel.
Clean, large, great customer service and good breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring downtown as its walking distance to both 17th Avenue and Eau Claire.

Not up to par for the cost. AC would not stay running and the bed had blankets underneath the sheets to soften the bed (who does this?). Made it impossible to sleep. On top of that the room was not properly equipped and when I voiced my concerns in an email, I was offered their "best rate" when I stay again. Needless to say I will be spending my money elsewhere when I want a decent night's sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and nicely equipped. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Felt like home.
