My experience with Tanzah was incredibly positive. Zaak, Dennis, and Rosie are all very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend renting from these folks if you ever get the opportunity!

I was at Mission Court for a year. Great place, very quiet. Common areas were well taken care of and tidy. The management team were easy to talk to and took care of every problem that came up.

My partner and I rented from Tanzah for 2 years and we would recommend them to anyone! The only reason we moved out is because we bought our own place. We absolutely loved our apartment and it was a completely stress-free renting experience. Zaak/Rosie were always super easy to keep in contact with through email, and any issues with the apartment that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally.

I lived in a building that was owned and managed by Residences By Tanzah for the last 2 years. I enjoyed the entire experience. The property was beautiful, had a lot of charm and character, and was extremely well maintained; any issues were responded to quickly, and work was thorough and high quality. They even go above and beyond, and had a team member help me with non-standard work, including putting up pictures and other personal decor. The team is really friendly and accommodating, making it easy to approach them for anything I needed, and they are available at a moment's notice.

I rented from Tanzah for three years and loved it so much. Zaak and Rosie were very helpful with any of my concerns and addressed issues in a timely manner. The building was well kept and had a building manager on site which was very handy. It was a fair-priced, cute apartment with character, perfect for someone who's wanting to live inner-city. I would recommend to anyone!

The Tanzah team were great landlords when I lived in their properties for about 5 years. The buildings are well kept with nice retro touches, and they were always responsive when I had questions or issues came up. There were proactive inspections every year to stay on top of maintenance, too. The whole team was friendly and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them as landlords.

I rented from Tanzah for a year in Bankview. Any emails and requests were responded to right away, and the management went above and beyond for us consistently! Beautifully maintained buildings, fair pricing, and friendly staff. Hands down the BEST renting experience I’ve had in Calgary so far, would highly recommend!

These are excellent Landlords who are very attentive, thorough and ensure safe, well-maintained, and well orchestrated units across Calgary. They were always available whenever I needed them and made home feel like home. Would highly recommend.

Such an amazing tenant experience! Everyone was very helpful and kind. Really easy to get in contact with someone if you’re having a problem as they have a building manager on the premises. They genuinely care about their tenants and their experience and it shows!
