The officer K. BARRINGER was so unfocused andI believe was a new officer. Because of lack of hearing management skill by Barringer, our hearing extended into 3 sessions each over one hour. She was totally ignoring the burden of proof provided by my evidence or my witness, and give more weight toward simple rejections of the other party, and ultimately ordered no costs awarded to none of the parties! Really? Another tenant filed a complaint exactly similir to mine and he was awarded a significant award by a different officer and then this lady was giving me award $15 by $15. So inconsistent.

God bless officer Young at RTDRS, who listens to every word and make a lengthy order with full description. He deserve to go yo higher level of court proceedings. This lady bothered her self to give any explanation of her decision and simply clamied "Reasons to support this decision and order was provided orally during the hearing".

Hope an authority find this comment and do not allow such individuals to rule over people with lack of ignorance. I'm going to appeal this nonsense watery decision which was released today.

Next time if I ever have to come to RTDRS, I will rather go to provincial court. Want no more ignorance by untrained officer hear. Thanks

Called and never got answered, keep saying the line is full and got hanged up immediately without connecting to anyone. Went to their downtown Edmonton location, literally no one is working there the office is very quiet and very big. You should hire me if you are so overwhelmed with so much clients There is a sign that says, ring the bell for assistance on the wall and I was frantically looking for the bell but I couldn't find it. It really looks like where is waldo episode except this is where is the bell. You would missed it because it is glued (amateurly) on top of the line divider. I yelled and knock on the glass window (not trying to be rude or anything, I just couldn't figured out where is the bell) and the girl who answer me literally look so annoyed and like I disturb her. Isn't it so nice to not have actual work and receive wages? ! So when an actual person come looking for help, you would actually get annoyed and wished no one came so you can enjoy your evening again? ! Anywho, the girl who answer me literally couldn't give a hoot about my problem. And just gave me a paper to fill in. Even after I apologized for not seeing the bell and press on it for assistance, she was mad at me because I yelled for assistance instead of pressing the bell. Anyway, my problem isn't solved so go and enjoy your free of work evening lady with the short hair!

No justice, no humanity, no fairness but unprofessional and Extremely biased towards tenants

Have a lawyer help you and represent you at these precedings if you can afford one because RTDRS likes to blatantly break the law to side with the landlords when they know perfectly well know that the landlords are in the wrong when the tenants present the evidence that the landlords are in the wrong. Also, the RTDRS likes to say one thing and then blatantly admit that they don't know about the subject that they are talking about along with giving verbally giving the wrong information.

Sorry but when a societies law providers are heartless and compassionaless enough to where they are kicking out families in the middle of a rain storm after it hails is not any society or 1605 type political views I am for! I don't care if all you people want is money like hello freedom maybe money making to all of you 'snobs' okay my apologies but others who have been out in the REAL WORLD and are your modern day SOLDIERs of Canada all of us underdogs are! This place is a joke. As a landlord i filed a counter action against my tenants who did damages exceeding $2,000.00 along with invoices, letters from contractors pictures etc. And they don't take that into consideration. Now I have to go through Kings Bench to b file an appeal. When are they going to actually look at the evidence presented.

The landlord didnt lrovide evidence on time but it was used. On more than 5 times I PROVED he was lying but they still sided with the landlord. They are totally bias against tenants. Even after I submitted evidence proving that i was right they didnt even look at it. It was a total waste of time trying to prove my point.
