Elan came in (the designer) and picked some excellent pieces that made the house look fantastic. After getting much negative feedback from 2 months of showings that the home was too cluttered with renter's furniture, decided to stage the home as soon as the tenants moved out.
Steve and his team were able to get it setup very quickly, and it looked like wow. Had an offer within 2 weeks.
