I like the concept and am a sucker for nostalgia. I deeply respect this venue for being one of the few (if not only) suppliers of arcade and controller components in western Canada.

My order went through a few hiccups that involved some stock inaccuracies and some parts missing from the initial shipment. Retro Active Arcade sent me the buttons I was missing, so I'm content with my purchase. Shipping was fair and quality of parts is good.

Jaclyne with customer service did a great job with guiding me through a small startup issue. She took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done to correct the problem. Everything is up and running just fine again!

I have not tested it yet but once it was shipped one business.it did take a week to ship it out I placed order on a Thursday order wasn't filled to following Friday that was not cool especially after most products are shipped next day according to website I paid extra 20 bucks so I would not wait that long ended up waiting that long aways but as long product function not a big deal just will not pay extra next time

These guys are amazing! Ordered the 2 player brute. The machine runs perfectly and simple to use. The attention to detail and the quality of materials in this build is unbelievable. I can't imagine anyone else builds a better machine.

The people working here have always been helpful when I was trying to find arcade parts. I just walk in, explain what I am trying to do, and they helped me out quickly. The prices are competitive with most online options as well, especially after considering no shipping to pick up locally.
