Woww. I have no words, but let me try to explain how life changing coming to this hair studio was for me. Nicole changed me for the better and I can't thank her enough, I never thought having my hair totally re done like a hair make-over could mean so much to me, it was was of my biggest transformations I've ever had done to my hair and before this my hair wasn't touch for almost 3 years and never blonde not me I always said, but after hours of intense excitement and anxiety lol I finally seen the finished product and cried.like a baby I couldn't express how I felt but I was Beautiful I felt like a whole different woman a much more mature sophisticated woman my skin tone lite right up and it was so complimentary I never thought I'd do this but I'm ever so glad I did I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better hairstylist to trust with this job. So I thank you again for making me so in love with something I never thought I could have. Also the staff are just as wonderful the whole experience AAA +1.5 stars - environment, staff, products, comfort highly recommend

Jackie never fails. She listens and makes sure she understands what you want. Have never been disappointed in the past 4 years. The salon is always very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Jacky is the best. I took my sister to Jacky as this is my sister’s first colouring experience and Jacky made it so perfect.and she is literally the best. Love her working style and her patience. We are so lucky we got Jacky as our stylist.

Morgan was great! She takes her time to make sure it’s exactly what you want! The products left my hair feeling great, and the front desk was also very friendly. I’m happy to say I will be back for regular hair treatments and cuts! The atmosphere was very open and welcoming as well!

My daughter just had a haircut with Camille, the stylist is very kind, but her job wasn’t as expected. We wanted a straight cut, but we ended up with the front being too shorter than the back with layered hair in the back. The stylist was willing to correct the messed haircut, but the owner didn’t want her to spend a longer time to correct what she has done, instead she said “this is a straight cut and if we want it to be the same length it’d be a new whole cut”. She doesn’t know what I asked Camille for, but she decided that this was what I wanted. This was my first and last visit to this salon and my review has nothing to do with Camille’s work, but with the owner’s attitude and customer service.

New to Edmonton and was desperately looking for a good hairstylist. Look no further! Found Revive Hair Loft thru Google. Read their top notch reviews and immediately made an appt. Nicole is a Master at her craft and absolutely delightful! I was blown away by her work. Hands down the best haircut I've ever had. I feel fresh and current. Thank you so much for giving me a much needed lift and making me feel and look beautiful. I highly recommend this brilliant salon!

Morgan is an absolute rockstar behind the chair! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a style and colour that fits you! 10/10 would recommend going to Revive and getting the wonderful Morgan to make your hair dreams come true!

All 5 stars are for my hair stylist Kelsey! She is magic! Ive never had a stylist who does colour as well as she does. Now that I’ve found Kelsey I’ll never let anyone else touch my hair. She’s fun and always makes me feel so comfortable. She always asks what I’m hoping to achieve with my hair and always explains the process before starting- at this point I fully trust her and would let her do whatever she wants! Also the salon is gorgeous- the greenery and local art give it such a trendy, luxurious feel. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been genuinely friendly and helpful. BUT SERIOUSLY IF YOU NEED SOME HAIR MAGIC KELSEY IS YOUR GIRL!

Camilla did such an amazing job with my hair! My natural hair color is black and leans very warm and Camilla was able to lighten it to a very ashy grey just like I wanted. She was also very patient and she explained every step of the process all throughout. Fair warning though, if you have somewhere to be afterwards, make sure you bring coffee because her head massages will definitely put you to sleep.

Caila is an absolute gem, she is the first stylist who has been able to give me a cut and colour that I can maintain easily on my thick hair between appointments. She is so fun and easy to talk to, and the staff are all amazing and kind! I love coming in and kicking back with a latte and a book while my colour sets. Highly recommend this salon!

This is a stunning salon. I originally came in to get my undercut trimmed but after being so welcomed and the amazing service, I decided to get my hair coloured. Madi did my hair and she was so incredibly professional. She took the best care of me and gave me a result to be proud to share. I absolutely will be coming back and highly recommend to others!

I saw Jaclyn last week and I have to say that she made me love my natural hair for the first time in years! I’ve been wearing tape in hair extensions for the last 11 years to cover up my damaged hair that made me feel like I needed to wear them in order to go out into public because my hair was so thin and damaged.

I’ve never had good luck with hairdressers until now, I used to spend hundreds of dollars just to leave with thinner, shorter hair so eventually I just stopped going and taught my fiancé how to trim my hair he was actually pretty good but my hair was still so damaged with split ends all over.

Last week I bit the bullet and went in because I just wanted healthy, gorgeous hair that could finally grow and to ditch the tapes. Jaclyn was incredible at figuring out exactly what I wanted. She gave me an Olaplex treatment and an even healthy haircut, she also recommended several different products that have worked with her. I definitely recommend seeing her, I am so thankful and impressed with what she did for me ️

Their prices are excellent for the quality experience that I received and I love how they are open about everything on their website!

Every time I’ve been at Revive, Nicole and her staff have been nothing but professional. It’s unfortunate they are getting negative reviews from people who haven’t gone to the salon and experienced it for themselves. It’s slander and defamation of character. Keep on trucking Nicole and team!

I have been at Revive twice now and every time it gets better! Tia is amazinnnggggg and with her simple tips and Olaplex, my hair has seriously never been better (or healthier)

The atmosphere is great and the owners treat their staff like family, not just workers. I hate seeing all the negative reviews from people that have not been to the salon (specifically on Facebook) I was actually at the salon when a customer and her boyfriend/husband came in and started belittling the stylist and yelling at the owners (this is where the bad reviews are coming from because the lady wants her money back). I won’t repeat what was said by the individuals but it was shocking to hear two people personally attack another person over a hair color. At that point, Nicole told them to leave, and rightfully so, they had endured enough harassment. Mark and Nicole (the owners) handled the situation a lot better than most people would. Also note that the disgruntled customers hair looked amazing, there was nothing wrong with her hair, she just wanted it a white blonde for less money.

You can choose to listen to the negative reviews but it would be your loss. If you want white, bleached hair in one session, go somewhere else, the stylist at Revive will not do it. They want to make sure your hair stays healthy and by doing so, they take their time with the procedures and use extra product to ensure you eventually get the beautiful color you have always wanted

My daughter and I both go here and are always satisfied with how Alysha does our hair. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and makes sure to fully understand what you want done. I highly recommend this salon.

Awesome salon, first time going here and the customer service was great. Lee was my stylist and she was kind and great to talk to. She made recommendations for my cut which really turned out well. Highly recommend!

Revive Hair Loft is an absolute gem in my neighbourhood. The salon is so laid back and I immediately felt welcome with the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.
Now for the hair! I used to work in the salon industry as an esthetician, so over the years have tried many stylists and although I’m low maintenance I feel like I have high standards with my cut and colour.
Nicole took the time, did a consultation with me and discussed my hair in detail and we had a plan! She explained everything she was doing along the way and the end result was amazing! She took great care to preserve the health of my hair through the whole process which was much appreciated as my hair has been over processed in the past. I’m excited to go back and can’t wait to hit up their upcoming sale and try the Kevin Murphy line they carry. I’d highly recommend Revive and Nicole to anyone looking for a stylist with mad skills:)

I have been a client of Revive Hair loft from the day it opened. I am so happy I found such a wonderful place to get my hair done at. The Co-owners (Mark and Nicole) are wonderful. They really put the clients needs first. I have been fortunate to work with most of the stylists and am amazed at how skilled and respectful all the staff is. I would recommend Revive to everyone! The stylists won’t let you down!

Finally, I got time to write review about my bad experience. I went for my usual hair roots touch up on Friday Nov 8 at 4: 30. I know my appointment was booked suddenly as sometimes in life there are sudden changes that happened to your already chalked out plan and I requested the guy (i think his name is Kevin, his pic is on website) that I need to go somewhere ASAP and if my stylist can get roots touch up quickly and I am willing to reduce my service time. But they confronted my saying that we can't compromise our service instead of saying polite words 'We'll try our best'. Being helpless, i couldn't do much and had no choice but said okay. 45 minutes had passed, and my stylist didn't come and i went up there and she said 3 min are still left, and i went back to my station. To my surprise, that same guy showed up to my station and was very RUDE to me saying that 'You can't push my employee'. It's good to know that you care about your employees, but at the same time you need to care about 'CUSTOMERS' too because of whom you're paying yourself and the employees. He has NO RIGHT to talk to me or any customer for that matter in a ticked off tone. Such situations can be handle in a very polite way instead of being rude. I was loving this place and my stylist but sadly that guy made my visit worse by talking rude.

Great friendly service and welcoming environment. Nicole and Tanya always treat me well there. Definitely would recommend.

I recently moved to Edmonton and have been going to Revive since then. I have curly hair that all hair stylists tend to struggle with however, Tia has handled it perfectly. She gives amazing cuts for my hair type and understands how to deal with it unlike any salon I have been to before. Nicole the owner is kind and welcoming and makes everyone that walks in to the salon feel like they are part of the family, she is also an amazing stylist. Her brother Mark who co-owns and works the front desk is always welcoming and kind and provides the upmost care in planning appointments to be convenient for the customers. Overall the experience at Revive is phenomenal from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out.

Revive Hair Loft is amazing, the atmosphere is professional, comfortable and friendly, ever single time I come in I’m meet with smiles and kindness by every single team member. To top it off every single stylist is knowledgeable and kind enough to educate me and explain why doing my lightening treatment will be worth it if we stick to quality over quick in and out.

I had such traumatic experiences with hair salons and I was so nervous going in, Kayla was my hair therapist, I showed her what I wanted and before she started she explained what she was going to do and how. She listen to me and gave me the most amazing cut. This was the best experience I had in over 10 years. Thank you Kayla

So I went in with bad box colour, length past my shoulders and NO IDEA as to how to deal with my hair. I am middle aged, so thinning and white hair are a couple more issues. I got Ayla as a stylist. If I could give a ten star rating, I would. Not only did she make me look AMAZING with my haircut, she chose an incredible colour that really sets off the blue in my eyes. I gave her carte blanche, because I sure as hell didn't go to school. SHE did. As I sat there, asking question after question, she had answer after answer, advice and even taught me the correct way to use a hair dryer. As well as Ayla being so fantastic, the entire rest of the team was very friendly, helpful and NICE. I am SO impressed. I will ALWAYS come back here and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do too. They are actually NICE in there, you guys!

I've been seeing Corey at Revive for 3 years after she transformed my sister's look. Not only do I get a great cut, which is rare with my fine hair, but it is so versatile! She recently updated my colour to fit with the current platinum trend. Not only does my naturally greying hair require less maintenance but it makes my age irrelevant. I have young women complimenting my colour and style wherever I go! Revive delivers great customer service with skilled stylists, welcoming and helpful reception and great product selection. It really is a cut above.

I needed a haircut.but this wasnt a haircut, it was an experience! The people at this salon are second to none. I'm 100% certain I have never been pampered and spoiled like this before. To the men out there.you deserve a little spoiling just like your lady. Dont just go for and settle for a haircut! Check them out, they wont disappoint.
My appointment was booked with Ayla. Great young lady.well spoken, super friendly and she was MATICULOUS! The scalp massage could have put me to sleep!:) She has a very bright future in experience focused salons like Revive. Even better? They are not crazy expensive. I most certainly will be back!
