Great inventory selection of bikes, and absolutely everything else you need to ride year round. Levi along with another gentleman at the west store helped me out on my most recent visit and both were very friendly and knowledgeable on a variety of products and helped me find the items that would best suit my needs for winter riding.

The owner of revolution cycle is absolute human garbage. Clearly there is not enough space beside my car - and he/she continuously arrives after me and traps me in. I could barely squeeze into my car again. The spot beside me isn’t his/her designated spot- they could park anywhere else in the vast parking lot. As a business owner with your logo on your car, it blows my mind how they park their car without any consideration for other people. Please Take this into consideration the next time you think about giving this business more money.

There is so much snow on the ground and the parking lines are not visible. So I was a little more to the edge - you could park your giant gas guzzling truck somewhere else as there wasn’t enough space beside my golf. You get over yourself Revolution Cycle.

Purchased a Cube 2022 Reaction Pro E500 (A) from the Sherwood Park store. Customer service was fantastic - my bike was ready to go and the rep walked me through the details of my new e-bike. Needless to say I love this bike - it’s an amazing beast into a strong headwind and makes me feel like a youngster on hills and steep grades. This is my second bike from Revolution Cycle and my first from their Sherwood Park store. If you want quality and service that = excellence this is the place for you.

Had a great experience. Salesperson was friendly and not pushy. Helped us find something that worked well for us.

Great shop, great service. They helped with a friend’s road bike, diagnosing a cracked fork, and finding a used older fork from their shop to swap (free!)
Also very thankful that they registered our new purchase bikes on BikeIndex. My son’s bike was stolen and recovered only 2 days later thanks to the registration and EPS.

Always friendly and courteous. Always have the small parts I'm looking for and have a great selection of bikes and parts for all bike types.

Purchased a cruiser for the wife, kid trailer parts, and several small parts for my bikes over the years and they are always very professional.

If you need a bicycle. This is the right place to find it. The staff is the best either parts or service and even better sales.

I’m very new to mountain biking. I was referred to Revolution Cycle by a friend and I’m really glad I went in. I was helped by Jeff, who took a lot of time to go through different bike options tailored to my price point and skill level, as well as the safety accessories and other needs. He provided some basic instruction on routine maintenance and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. I felt very looked after and will certainly be back for any bike needs I will have in the future.

Tried calling a few times, their answering service disconnects you, hard to give you my money when you won't take my call

My experience here has been good until I realized that they are a rip off! Every single time I get my bike repaired there within 48 hours something MAJOR goes wrong with my bike. Then they tell me that this part or that part needs replaced costing me money! They switched over my winter recently tires to my summer tires and then my tires started rubbing on the rim! I went back they told me I needed a true on my tires costing me $30 a tire they didn’t even look at it. The bolts on the tire were not put on properly when they switched my tires over causing the issue! I figured that out by going to another bike repair place they had it fixed in seconds. DO NOT take your bike here to get repaired!

June 3,2023 Saturday: who is the first person I am looking forward to see and talk to when I am at Revolution Cycle? The funny happy BEN! Ben always makes me feel comfy and welcome. I can ask him questions about bicycle issues and he shows enthusiasm to answer and help me. He shares his wealth knowledge on bicycle and is willing to show me how to use them such as bicycle pump, baskets etc. He was willing to walk with me to my vehicle, and showed me the right way to put my bicycle in my vehicle.
I m glad that he is still working at Revolution Cycle. And I am looking forward to see him still working at Revolution Cycle many years to go.

I truly appreciate his initiative and time to do that for me. Thank you Quentin, Syd and Chase for the warranty of the bicycle basket bracket and putting the bicycle rack and baskes (from and back) on my bicycle. Truly appreciate all your help and excellent customer service.
August 5,2022 I walked into the REVOLUTION CYCLE shop with my bicycle, Ben greeted me n led me to where the repair area was. He pumped up my bicycle and taught me how to use my new stand pump. I asked for the bicycle basket, he showed me which bicycle basket fits my bicycle. I was amazed as he knows what he is doing. I never thought any basket would fit my bicycle coz of the big wheel. Before going to Revolution I did go to a bicycle store on the south side and they couldn’t find a bicycle basket that fit my bicycle. I m glad that Ben of Revolution got me a basket that fit my bicycle. His co worker told me Ben is very experienced as he has been doing this job for 25 yrs. Then he showed me the folding bicycle and mountain bicycle. He informed me to go on the website to join events that I might be interested. All the staff there are very friendly and smiling, one of them even opened the door when I left with my bicycle. They make me feel welcome and at home there. I will be their forever customer

Don’t waste your time or money going here, there are much better shops in the city. Not sure what exactly they did for $100 but it was in worse shape when I picked it up. Both brake pads were rubbing on the rims and it was still dirty. I also had an appointment for a basic tune up package and it took 3 days to get my bike back. When I called to ask them if it was done I was given attitude that they will text me when it’s finished. When I explained I had an appointment and they had already had my bike for 2 full days they finally went to check on the status. Then continued to give me a bunch of attitude and no apology for the fact that they still hadn’t finished my bike. For a basic tune up it really shouldn’t have taken this long.

Wasn't the greatest at explaining what was wrong with my bike, but the staff were all great, quick and friendly!

Stopped to get a repair completed on my daughter's bike - tire had bulged out - and Mike did a great job, new tire, in and out in just over 25 minutes I think - very happy with the fix and the service. Highly recommend!

I'm mostly disappointed with my Revolution Cycle experience so far. They sold me a bike at a great price, but the lack of service is far below what I've received from other shops. The Fox Factory dropper post requires an overhaul after four rides, and the shop will not offer a loaner dropper post. So, I can wait five weeks to ride my bike again, or I can go and buy another post ($500).
Also, does any other shop charge for tubeless setup on a new full-suspension MTB? Tubeless setup is a standard offering at other shops and an $80 charge from Revolution Cycle.
These factors are not horrendous deal-breakers, but I will look elsewhere for my next bike-related purchases.

Want good service advise you to go untied cycle these ppl will rip you off blind and that's a fact.yes I did swear you ppl didn't even phone to tell me about the bike until you added another 120 dollars for storage fees now isn't that a scam when you don't even mention storages fees when I brought bike in and why don't you remind ppl about their bike instead of waiting 6 months I was out of town working totally forgot about it.

GREAT service when in looking for brake pads for scooter. Got wrong size but switch then with the right ones and waved the extra 5 bucks off. Great customer service can't beat them

Bought a hybrid bike here last summer. Service has been awesome for tune ups etc. Got a flat tire at 5: 30 today and it was fixed by 6: 30. Highly recommend this store. Thanks Mike:)

I've been shopping at Revolution since 1991 when they were a tiny shop that could barely fit 10 people inside, and I've never had good service from them. Since 91' the staff have a habit of acting dismissive and arrogant, either by completely ignoring you or acting argumentative if what part or bike you want doesn't align with what they think you should want. I stopped going there for over a decade and took my business elsewhere, to the many other great bike shops in Edmonton. A couple years ago I decided to give them another chance, but when asking for a specific part at the parts counter, I was told that it didn't exist. When I explained what the part was for, he told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I then took one more look around their parts area, and low and behold, I found it! I brought it to that same employee to ring up, and instead of apologizing or admitting he'd make a mistake, quickly rang it in then shouted the total at me. On another occasion, I bought a tool, but then went to Mud, Sweat, and Gears one block away, and realized that they had the same tool for much, much less. I returned to Revolution with the tool and asked if they could match the same price. The same grumbly parts guy as before flatly said "No", then asked to see my receipt, stating that "A lot of people steal these things", obviously implying that I'd stolen it, even though I'd just bought it. In this case, another employee stepped in, and apologized, then refunded me for the tool. Clearly the habits of the old grumpy guys that started this shop have affected their own younger staff (except for the employee that did help me and was super nice). Anyway, long story short, there are much better bike shops in Edmonton, and in fact one of the VERY best I've ever dealt with are only one block away.
"MUD, SWEAT, AND GEARS" have been not only super helpful, but very friendly and are now my go-to shop for all things bike. Also an honorable mention to United Cycle, and even MEC downtown.

I went to the Sherwood Park location to purchase a Park Tool crank puller CCP-44 which according to their website is on stock. It wasn't and when I told the staff that their website shows that it is available he said, not on his website. Should I have phoned first or am I right in assuming that the reason why there is a website is to check availability and pricing just like it is in MEC or Ikea. Needless to say, I wasted time and fuel going there.

Went in there today to find a bike I’ve been doing some research on. We had a great experience and came home with a dream bike. Thanks to all the staff at Revolution. Great service, great team!

After a year of waiting for a bike and then having to change my order multiple times they became very difficult to get ahold of. Unprofessional when I tried to get my deposit back. They also said my bike was in customs because the store was overdraft and couldn’t afford to get the bike, massive red flag this store is going bankrupt. Ordered online directly from canyon and 2 months later I’m getting my bike. Don’t bother with them if doing a special order.

Addendum to above. Along with the comment below the manager reached out to me on the phone. The level of professionalism was outstanding. The above situation initially wasn’t dealt with great but clearly the store used this as an area for growth and went over and above to call me, chat about the situation and try to improve things for the future. On top of that they did give me a gift card. Clearly this store cares above servicing the bike market in Edmonton and it’s customers. I am impressed with the humility and the desire to improve. Will definitely consider going there again in the future.
