Wonderful place! Very personable sales tactics. You can sense they truly believe in their product (Wellis) without bashing other companies. I appreciated that as everyone has preferences on what they want in a hot tub. The prices were very fair and there were many options to make things more affordable. Boe and Sarah were amazing to deal with and we can't wait for our tub to be delivered!

This experience was far from professional. The sales lady was absolutely wonderful to deal with, I think her name was Sarah. Nothing but kind things to say about her, she was completely professional but the owner really needs to learn some composure. He interrupted more times than I can count, he over indulged information that shouldn't be privy to a new customer (telling us about his SKU mix ups on recent sales or that he ignores customers who have issues and won't call them back). He would run off on a tangent when you asked a question and divulge more information than required, leaving us feeling confused. There was probably more than half a dozen awkward laughs and side eye connections I made with the sales lady, who you could tell was clearly uncomfortable with her boss jumping in and saying the things he was. The sales lady had a honest shot at getting a sale from us, but after his abrupt interactions, we left thinking that we would never want to do business with a man who gave off such an aggressive nature. Very disappointing experience. My best advice. Let your sales woman do her job. She was great!

We’ve been looking for a hot tub for about a year and we found one we really liked at another place but the sales guy said the worst line to us. Most carried a 5 year warranty and the one we liked only had a 1 year warranty ($18k tub) so I asked him how come theirs is only 1 year and he says it’s because theirs is so well built it only needs a 1 year warranty. This makes no sense because if your product is far superior than the competition why not offer a longer warranty than everyone else?

We popped into Revolution and met with Boe (owner) and Sara and almost immediately I knew this was going to be a professional and easy sales experience. They spent the time to answer all our questions and even asked some important questions we didn’t think to ask. We found a tub we really liked and it had even more features than the others so we made a deal. I told them I’d need a couple months to get my area ready and they said no problem. That turned into 5 months and they were beyond patient. Sara and Boe were super helpful with all my questions about base prep and electrical. Tub finally got delivered today and the delivery guys were just as professional as Sara and Boe which really put us at ease. I didn’t have to do anything and they got it in the exact area I wanted.

We’re so glad we went with Revolution spas and thank you to Sara and Boe for all your help and patience. We can’t thank you enough for everything!

Up date. Had the hot tub delivered. And it was inside the house the movers where professional and did a great job even tho is was a difficult move to make with mere inches of extra room. Now I have a working hot tub and I can say from start to finish a great job well done.

I just finished buying a Leo with this company and the sale staff (sarah) amazing sold me what I was looking for and nothing else with no pressure to buy any add on or features I did not want. Amazing knowledge able experience!

We have had our hot tub from Bo and the Revolution team now for just about two years, and from day one they have been excellent. They aren't done with you after they have made the sale, and genuinely take care of their customers! We had a minor leak over the recent cold spell, nothing major, but Bo moved heaven and hell (texting me during stat holidays!) to get a service tech onsite to fix things up and ensured us all warranty work was in order. We appreciate how Revolution stands behind their product (which we love) and are there for you when you need them! Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new hot tub! Just bought our new Hottub from Boe! Could not be happier with our decision to buy at Revolution. The service and care they take is second to no one in the industry. It's only been a few days since taking delivery but Boe and Sarah have ensured our continued experience is not less than amazing. The Wellis Tub is awesome and the perfect addition for our family.

We purchased our hot tub about a year ago from Boe and we couldn’t be happier! We had to have a part replaced and they made every effort to get it replaced quickly (including Boe himself coming to our house in a terrible wind storm!) Thank you, highly recommend these guys! We recently purchased a hot tub from Revolution Hot Tubs and we couldn't be happier with the service we got from Revolution! I consider myself a pretty saavy consumer and I had done a fair bit of research prior to making any phone calls. Of all the companies I talked to, I found Boe to be the most honest and knowledgeable. We initially had crossed Revolution off the list after finding out the Wellis tubs are European made and that Boe and team are the only Canadian distributor. When I told him this info, he respected our decision and didn't make us feel bad about it at all. Fast forward a few more days and feeling overwhelmed by all the brands we'd looked at. I decided to call an independent hot tub repair guy and ask his thoughts on brands. Well what do you know? ! Wellis tubs were highest on his list! I was told that the parts are easy to get, they rarely break down and when they do, they are not a tricky fix. This made us feel more comfortable purchasing a European tub. The tubs are beautiful, well priced and Boe is awesome to deal with. Happy with our decision so far and I'll make sure to update this review once we've had the tub for a while.

Revolution hot tubs? It’s been a couple months since I bought my hot tub. I didn’t write a review right away. I have tested my tub and I really enjoy it. Bow answered all my questions and any problems I was having with the tub he help out chemicals and managing the tub. Customer service is excellent five star. If you’re looking to buy a hot tub I recommend bow and his son which I can’t remember his son name sorry.

Boe really knows how to take care of his clients. From the moment we started talking with Boe we realized he deeply cares about his clients and believes in his product. During the shipping process the hot tub was delayed and Boe let me know right away and kept updating me on the shipping status even though the delay was completely out of his hands.

I spoke with Boe numerous times with different questions before and after purchasing the tub and he was very informative and helpful. It makes a huge difference purchasing from a dealer that offers amazing support.

I absolutely MUST share my experience with Revolution Hot Tubs. Myself being a new hot tub owner (bought used). I found myself on moving day getting completely screwed over by my moving arrangement. (Ready Freddy Moving Ltd - Lets just say Freddy wasn't ready). I had drained my hot tub and needed to move it (-10C) and had them no show-terrific. I frantically was looking for a flat bed trailer or a different moving service. I started cold calling around to every outfit I could, I stumbled across Revolution Hot Tubs. Boe answered the phone and immediately out of his good nature started calling around for me. I knew like many of the other outfits in town (which I called) he could have just said "sorry can't help you". But he didn't. He hung up with me and began reaching out to everyone he thought could help. I was blown away with his kindness and empathy and although his efforts did not come through with a solution (understandably so, with the extreme short notice) I would never forget the level of compassion he exhibited. I managed to find a gentlemen to help me move my tub later in the day and as soon as I was ready for chemicals I knew where I was going for all my products. When I showed up at Revolution Hot Tubs being the "new tub guy" Boe took the time to go through the process with me on water management, he even was careful to make sure not to overwhelm me with advice or product I didn't need at this stage in the game. I even brought my daughter into the shop and he was kind enough to make sure she left with some candy:). I've been back numerous times both for filters/advice and other products and every time I go I feel like "I am just stopping by my friends place. " Don't hesitate to stop in! You will be in very good hands!

As first time hot tub owners Boe walk us through the whole process answered our questions and gave us good practically advice Boe did not try to over sell or up sell us something we didn't need. Boe and his staff are excellent. I checked every hot tub company I could find before I purchased, and Revolution was the best. No pressure, knowledgeable, and a great product too. We've had our tub for almost 3 months now and we love it!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I purchased my tub from Boe when he was with another company. It was all fantastic when we purchased the hot tub, so many promises made! As soon as he had our money, the customer service was non-existent. Numerous calls asking to speak to him were never returned and when in store, he refused to spend longer than 1 minute with us and would pass us off to staff as quickly as possible. If you’re after a tub, go to a competitor who actually cares to follow up with you and spend time with you after the sale, when you have questions. This is a common theme - we have 3 friends who purchased from him after us - we sent the business his way! My husband and I had an unsolicited call from Boe recently and went to visit this store and were alarmed at the disgusting tactics used by him to garner our business going forward. Don’t be fooled by the reviews posted, they are clearly from friends and not actual customers. Avoid this place and do your homework. Our business is with the company we purchased from and the staff who go out of their way to provide us with actual customer service!

I live outside of Calgary, phoned in to inquire about a new hot tub cover. They were great to deal with and had a cover ready for me when I got to the show room. They even loaded it in the truck for me. Couldn't ask for better service. They will be my go to for chemicals and parts and I will be recommending them to everyone I know with a hot tub!

Boe and Len were so professional. I have had my hot tub for 5 years, and after a few minute conversation realized I have been using my chemicals all wrong.
After a 15 minute lesson and a few pointers, I finally know what I'm doing when it comes to adding chemicals and maintaining the balance of my hot tub.
I will always recommend Boe and Len moving forward, and will now use Revolution Hot Tubs for all my hot tub needs.

My partner Tyler and I visited Revolution Hot Tubs randomly, as we have been having troubles getting the chemicals right since he got the hot tub a year ago.we were blown away by the friendliness, nonjudgmental and super knowledegable assistance we received from Boe and Len. They didn't just tell us to buy a ton of chemicals we didn't need (as has happened at other hot tub shops in the past). We will definitely be going to this place with all of our questions, and to purchase our chemicals and other hot tub related products from now on.
