I contacted your clinic for various reasons and always received an attentive, friendly attitude. The schedule of visits to doctors and procedures has been made as convenient as possible. I express my deep gratitude! A very pleasant, comfortable atmosphere in the clinic, starting from the girls at the reception and, of course, the qualifications of the doctor, namely, I thank Dr. Soussan Mankaeva for her attentive attitude, she is a professional in her field. Dr. Ishioma Ejiofor is the most kindest knowledgeable person and dr I’ve ever met. I was referred from my family dr for Botox for migraines. She was so gentle and professional. I returned for a PAP with her and ladies let me tell you she was very good. My new female doctor. Thank you for your help in my medical care.

I have given this clinic more second chances over the years than they have redeemed themselves for. I've watched this clinic become mismanaged to the point of staff lying about booking your appointments (and then blaming it on volunteers), frequent hour+ long wait times for booked appointments, no consistancy in communication between doctors/staff, little universal understanding of clinic policies, and only being able to see my family doctor if I book one to three months in advance.
The doctors themselves are great, but the staff's lack of accountability and inability to weather a busy environment while maintaining an organized clinic has caused more stress than any illness could.
Imagine booking time off work to keep an appointment that a receptionist confirmed with you, twice, only to arrive and find that they did not book an appointment.

I have been with Dr. Rolaine Kim for 2 years now and I can say that she has been the doctor I've needed. She has gotten me on preventative medications and has taken good care of my health. She is knowledgeable, honest and kind. It's a tough gig being a doctor in Alberta these days, and she handles it with poise. Thanks!

Came in as a walk-in patient and had a very smooth, flawless experience! The receptionists at the front were nice and helpful. The doctor was lovely, seemed to genuinely care. And I was in and out, with prescription in hand, within 40 mins!

AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS. This is the most poorly run clinic I’ve ever seen. I followed my family doctor here, who was great at her last clinic, but that is absolutely not the case here. They drop the ball at every single opportunity possible, don’t notify patients when their family physician is going on vacation for weeks on end, on 3 occasions now have booked appointments for dates that were not what I was told when booking and just sit there and stare at you like it’s your fault. They absolutely NEVER take any accountability for their screw ups. 8 months after an urgent referral was due to be sent in, the clinic receptionist called and asked if I was “still interested” and “why did you need this anyway? ”. Every single time I’ve had to book an appointment for the last 18 months, there has been some kind of issue or screw up that’s always made to be the patients fault. It’s mind boggling to me that they’re still in business.

I just went to Revolution medical clinic as a walk in and saw Dr. Zaid Haddaw and I have to say this has, by far, been the best experience I’ve had with a walk in doctor. Dr. Haddaw’s bedside manner and level of care he gave, was more than I had hoped for. Only downfall is that the clinic isn’t accepting new patients, but that’s not surprising

Had an appointment with the main doctor, showed up 15 minutes early as is polite, did my weigh in with one of the nurses who was very nice, and was placed in the office to wait for my doctor, what they didn't tell me at any point was that she was running late from her own doctors appointment across the city, they left me there for 90 minutes, at the 60 minute mark someone walked by and said "oh your still here", I was then left there on my own with no information, when I finally saw her arrive she went to the back where I heard them sing happy birthday to a colleague and then she finally came to the room, I only stayed this long as it was urgent I get a new family doctor and the issues I was worried about were also urgent, I asked her about both but she refused to look at either, gave me a note for an xray and rushed me out of her office, we met for 5 minutes before she kicked me out, no apologies for being late and horrible service, I hope they have improved since then but based on my call they have made their hours more inconvenient and it sounds like she is the only full time doctor there, it's a shame as she is close to my house and doctors in the area accepting patients is scarce

3 hour wait next to coughing children. No TV or magazines, and not allowed to leave and come back.

Horrible experience, front desk isn't trained very well and I witnessed a couple manic episodes due to extreme high stress and two face stuff going on, my doctor also wasn't helpful and I left this place awhile back and haven't returned since. Don't trust everything you see and hear because it's not quite the whole story/truth there. My experience was what it is was. Thanks anyway for trying and best of luck to you all. My own doctor freaked out on me for nothing, just because he didn't want to do his job. I'm not responsible for anybody's lack of knowledge and experience. Yet I was made the bad guy anyway.

Prepare to book an appointment for a month in advance. Then get the call to rebook, or wait, or come back later in a blizzard

I've always had a very positive experience with this clinic from its receptionists to its doctors. Sometimes you do have to wait but I've never been to a clinic where you didn't and I have no problem waiting when I know I'm receiving good quality care. Once you meet with the doctors they spend a significant amount of time with you and do not rush you out. My family is so happy we made the switch to this clinic!

Booked an appointment with the walk-in Dr.to have my son assessed, as my family Dr.didn’t have availability that suited our families needs. After booking an appointment, getting childcare for our children, and driving my baby in a winter storm to make our confirmed appointment, I was not happy with a number of items. Firstly, the nurse who checked us in did so with her own sick child in her arms. There is already risk with going to a clinic with a young baby, due to a number of contagious viruses, the last thing I need is the nurse assessing my child to have her own sick child in her arms. Not professional at all, but it gets worse. After assessing my child’s vitals, and having him undressed to a clean diaper, I am then told the walk in Dr.is refusing to see my son, because I need to make an appointment with the family Dr. This is wrong. You don’t turn people away who have appointments, especially babies. I thought the whole point of having the walk-in service was so that your patients could be seen when he family Dr had no availability. After getting upset, and told I should leave and rebook with my family Dr. I was then told that maybe my family Dr would be in at 9: 30 (no guarantees because the roads were so bad) and she would come to see us ASAP, but at 9: 50 I had to leave due to not having childcare as well as the fact that my sick infant was just done sitting and waiting after being there for over an hour. Your job, and in fact oath you take as a Dr.is to do no harm, but turning people away is okay? What about the concept of family centred care? Do you realize people have to book babysitters, and rearrange their lives to make these appointments? To say I’m extremely disappointed would be a gross understatement. You should give you head a shake. I will not be coming back here, and I hope others read this review before choosing to allow your clinic to provide them with any care.

I was at a different family clinic for years and recently switched to this clinic after hearing great reviews from friends. I must say I am very happy that I switched! All the staff and doctors are so approachable and caring. The front staff is very fast and don’t make you wait around for long. Overall a very clean and tidy clinic. They are really focused on ensuring great service to their customers! I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking to switch out their family clinic! Life-changer!

I've always had a great experience at this clinic. Everyone has always been both friendly and professional at the same time to provide excellent service. The backroom is well organized, and clean. They do follow-ups as well, to make sure to provide us with the best.

Dr. Debruin is the best GP I’ve ever had. She’s caring, attentive and pleasant to deal with. I’m thankful that I have her as my Dr!

My Dr was away and I saw Dr Haddaw in Walk in clinic.even though I had an appointment, it was a wait.but…this was one of the reasons I chose this clinic because they provided walk in service when my own Dr wasn’t available.

There have been so much improvements in this clinic overtime. The receptionists are super friendly and very accomodating. Dr's are always professional.and caring. I would love to recommend this clinic to my friends and relatives. Way to go revolution medical!

How disgusting that this clinic has such a vulgar and rude receptionist when you call on Sundays hire decent people

I recently went again to this clinic just because of limited options, but I was happily surprised to see they'd taken down the wait time estimate, and the receptionists was careful to not give a specific time. The doctor was friendly and we really didn't wait long. Definitely happy to see they're taking patient feedback into consideration and making improvements.

Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. We rate our family physicians at this clinic very highly.

Dr. Ejiofor is one of the best physicians I have ever come across who listens to & understands patients' concerns and gives the best & accurate treatment plans. So blessed we have doctors like Dr. Ejiofor in our city. Thank you doc, for being the best.

We have been going to this clinic for few years now, we are very pleased/ happy with their staff and all the doctors. Especially Dr. Ejiofor and Dr. Lee are very kind and they listen to their patients with all the patience. I can’t thank Dr. Ejiofor enough for all her medical help and advice.

I had a bad experience Dr Ejiofor rushed through my appointment and was rude not quite sure what was going on as she is usually pleasant.

Receptionist not kind at all over the phone.was told there was going to be a waitlist to see a doctor, which is fine, but when i asked how long the waitlist was she had no interest in giving me any sort of real answer.felt as if she could care less talking to me or trying to book me in.

I walked in with my little kid to get there cough treated as I suspected they would need antibiotics. The office denied helping us and wouldn’t let us see a doctor. Why keep your office still open if you’re scared to operate during covid! How can you deny seeing a little child to treat them.
This clinic should be ashamed of themselves and should NOT operate. SHAME ON YOU Revolution Medical clinic!

We went over to the MEDICARE that’s on the other side of the street, without hesitation they accepted helping my child out, even though they were about to close, they still squeezed them in. Thank you MEDICARE for your amazing service and for having the heart to treat patients and children. You are the real hero MEDICARE.

I have been coming here for the past few years but lately when I call, it is never answered. It sometimes takes me multiple tries to get through after being on hold with no answer going on 5 mins. The receptionists were never very kind or professional. Wait times to see the doctors can be very long. I have had to search for a new clinic.

Staff are very nice as well, however the front desk receptionist (there are a few) are not very polite, a little rude, have an attitude and act like it’s an inconvenience to be there.

One of the worst experience with staff. Appointments are always late. Would never recommend this place to any one.

I think that they mean well but they have too many clients to accommodate and you will often find yourself waiting 3+ hours AFTER your pre-booked appointment time, unless the appointment is by phone in which case they just call the next day without warning. When you try to change Dr's they nickel and dime you in order to get your records transferred and state that they have to despite the fact that the Alberta Medical Association states, "Physicians may waive all or part of the regulated fee if it is fair to excuse payment. " Being forced to leave a clinic due to repeated poor service seems like a pretty fair excuse to me.

Their receptionist is no good. First they put you on hold; Second seems like they are not interested of talking to you; Third they put the phone down so loud.

I attended this clinic and was examined by Dr. Haddaw. This was my first visit to the clinic. The staff were polite and the queuing for patients was orderly and efficient.

Dr. Haddaw was extremely professional, friendly helpful and caring.

A gentle recommendation to the clinic is to update their (Sunday) opening hours on their website as it illustrated opening an hour earlier (9am) than actuality (1000am).

My family physician moved to this clinic quite awhile ago. I have been trying to book an appointment to see my Doctor for what seems like forever. I call and the phone rings and rings and rings and no one answers. I've tried to book online and I have no option other than as a walk-in. This is extremely frustrating as I wanted to continue care with my family doctor. I have been left with no other option but to find a new doctor as I cannot seem to get in to see mine.
Very sad that thanks to reception, I've lost a fantastic doctor, simply due to not being able to book an appointment.

We have been going to Revolution Medical Clinic for almost 10 years and have been absolutely impressed by their efficiency, friendliness and convenience. All of our interactions with staff have been positive and we love that we can connect with any of the walk-in physicians if ours is not immediately available.
My family has been most fortunate to have Dr. John Kilfoil as our family physician. Without a doubt he is the most thorough, competent and compassionate doctor we have ever had. His gentle, caring manner, along with his prompt communication following test results is truly exemplary. Dr E is great. Always cheerful and excellent with my daughter. Like some others, I did experience long wait times on the phone but I see they now offer online booking. Doing this wass quick and super easy. Thank you for adding that option!

During these trying time of COVID, having a good reliable medical clinic is especially important. I've had a longstanding relationship with this one and find the staff courteous & helpful although their phone system has been glitchy a few times. My GP, Dr. DeBruin, is a great help to me on my medical journey and a warm, friendly personality too.

Had to find a new clinic. Dr Ejiofor is amazing, but the reception staff is bad. The reception is rude and seems annoyed that you're calling. What ended up being my last appointment was a phone appointment (due to covid) and I never even received a call. I called back to find out how late the appointment was going to be, reception seemed annoyed that I was calling, and I never did get that phone appointment. I do not recommend this clinic, look elsewhere.

So, they definitely don't answer phones - I will update this review if they answer my email.

Looking for a new family doctor. Previous reviews commenting regarding waiting on hold are spot on. Tried 3 times and was on hold for 10+ minutes each time. They won't get my business.

Dr. Ejiofor is the best doctor I have ever dealt with. She is compassionate and thorough. I consider myself very lucky to have found her as my doctor.

Rude reception and so problematic. All you guys do is gossip in the back every single time I visit. This isn’t a teen highschool? Unprofessional! Take a hike

Can never get through to reception. I would venture on average is a bare minimum of 15-30 minutes. Big fan of Dr. E, but having my patience tested every time I call is unfortunately not worth it so its goodbye for me. If you read this Dr. E, or for anyone who cares, I would do something about it. Doesn't sound like I'm alone.

There are two aspects about this clinic for anyone who is interested to know about. First, the reception service in this clinic is the worst service that you could have ever get from any clinic. The staff can make terrible mistakes which simply can impact you. I once had a request from my doctor to see her and the staff who checked my file noticed that I had an appointment in three weeks and decided not to bother calling me about the request from my doctor anymore regardless of urgency! I did a walk in about my health issue and that's when I found out my doctor had requested to see me but nobody cared from staff. Unfortunately, they can be unprofessional in their behavior as well. Long wait time for them to answer the phone,
About the doctors here and specifically my family doctor, they are amazing. Knowledgeable and caring. But you might be able to visit them in other clinics as well.
I usually don't leave reviews and I have been patient about this place, but I believe it's important for people to know what to expect about this place.
Overall, I would not recommend this clinic unless you cannot see a specific doctor in another clinic and you really want to see that doctor.

Impossible to get through the phone line. Although it's still 1 pm (which according to hours guide they close at 2 pm on weekends) nobody picked up the call and there was no option to leave a message! The online booking system kept giving me errors saying they do not accept the reason for visit, and I tried different ways to describe, which keeps me wonder what is actually a good reason for a doctors appointment.

I've never had such good care from the whole team; all medical staff, pharmacy, office staff and especially my physician - Dr. Ejiofor. Dr. Ejiofor is consistently kind and hears my frustration during a time when I've been waiting more than a year in pain for surgery. So many things are out of their control. They are always professional and compassionate. Don't expect them to be super human, especially during these times of COVID-19. Please check your privilege at the door and help contribute to the kind, caring environment.

The worst walk-in clinic experience. The doctor behaved in an unacceptably rude and unprofessional manner. He didn't even introduce himself, so I don't know his name. But the receptionist was very nice on the phone and at the clinic office. That's why we chose this walk-in clinic. We will never ever go there again.

Just was on hold for half an hour only for them to pick up and then put me on hold again. Unbelievably rude front dest ladies. Any time I go in it's like I am ruining their day by asking anything. I am a existing patient and it's Incredible how little they care About their patient base. I finally got through to reception and was greeted with a miserable lady who had a real nice tone of being annoyed after I complained about being on hold for so long. The doctors in the clinic are great and have nothing bad to say about that but you guys are definitely going to go under if You don't seriously do something about your staff. All of my family has left your clinic because of your front end. Hire people who actually value their job. For christ sake so many people are load off currently and these women you have working for you act as if they have the worst life! Be happy you have a job! Will be going to a new clinic where I can be greeted with a smile on occasion and actually answered when calling.

Unspeakably rude receptionists. Their hostile behavior towards patients is truly unacceptable and simply put rude. They are turning away existing and potential patients, instead of taking care of them.

Great experience! Easy to talk to and get the problems solved! Very approachable and easy to reach and to get an appointment whenever having concerns.

Dealing with clinic has been infuriating. We are never able to get in touch with reception - even when we call just a few minutes after they've opened. They seem to actively avoid picking up patient calls. Our family doctor never remembers who we are, they don't call to follow up when it's been requested and they've sent the wrong forms to specialists which has delayed the process of many important referrals.

Very clean modern facility. FRIENDLY CHEERFUL STAFF. Bright fresh atmosphere, unlike most clinics. It was a busy morning when I was there. Non-stop telephone ringing at the reception but I was so impressed how the RECEPTIONISTS handle the situation. I could not think of any word but EXCELLENT. Great DOCTORS too.

Worst front desk they mostly never pick up the line and seems not so welcoming at all times.

Had a terrible day today, where I was mislead to wait for almost 3 hours and had to go back home without a show. Total waste of time!

Came here for allergy testing, they were very efficient and informative. Was immediately provided with appropriate prescriptions for my allergies. Friendly STAFF and DOCTORS.

I am a patient of Dr Hassen, I came into the clinic today to see my family doctor, unfortunately I didn’t call first and my doctor was away but the friendly kind staff accommodated my situation and got me in with one of the other doctors, I am so happy I was able to get my medications without delay, as I do drive from out of town to see my dr! Highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr Hassen!

Fantastic experience from day one, me and my husband have been going to this clinic since they were newly open seen multiple doctors and they are all excellent and very helpful, also very caring nurses and friendly reception. I highly recommend them, its has been almost 3 years now with not any negative comments, all positive.
