The pharmacist was very friendly and informative. She was also patient despite my kids running in different directions. I didn't catch her name but I went on May 29th morning at 8: 48 am. I just want to show my appreciation

As someone that has asthma I don't really think about asking to refill my prescriptions. I was under the impression that if I started having an asthma attack, I would be allowed to get some ventoline without the need of a prescription. However that is not the case.

Now I have to deal with my asthma attack until the next morning, wait for a requisition for asthma medication, go back to the pharmacy & wait 30 minutes for them to grab an inhaler all for an asthma attack I'm having NOW.
Terrible system for anyone in an emergency.
Shame.

I was not happy I went to get my pills and to find out they closed 1 hr early instead of 10 pm!

Want to get in for covid shot. They say you can just walk in now you have to book appointment. Not impressed

The lady at the front desk is the rudest person. Put me on hold on the phone without warning, snippy, asked personal questions in front of a waiting room and refused to help. Not the person you want representing your company.

I always have a great experience at Rexall. All the staff are great especially Basema, the pharmacist. She always takes the time to explain my medication to me. She is very helpful, kind and respectful.

Clinic is pretty helpful. However, I'm still currently on hold with the pharmacy and it's almost been an hour. I can understand waiting an hour to see the doctor but waiting an hour to speak to someone at the pharmacy is a bit absurd.

Pharmacy is horrible, had three people behind the counter and no one assisted me or any customers for 20 mins

I was in the store. We are regular customers. We went to check out stuff. I asked the sanitizer paper from the employee named BiBi B I B I and she gave it to me with her own hands. I told her I don't want it with your own hand. She said you wanted me to use my Foot. She was extremely rude. She needs to be fired immediately. She's rude person working there with a creepy face.
