Just bought hair dye, told me discounted price 6 something but I ended up paying 18 dollars, which I found it later 2times more than Walmart listed except that great service on the call and customer service, need to fix misleading and too much price

I used to love this pharmacy, but they have had a complete change in staff and now I'm going to be moving over to Shoppers.
I dropped a prescription off on Monday and was told it would be in Wednesday. Its Friday, my daughter is puking all over the place and I just want to know what's going on. I just called because they close in an hour, I'm told the medication is coming in today, and Greg sounded pretty peeved that I was calling a second time in the same day. He was being short with me on the phone, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I wanted to say "well sorry Greg, I've got a newborn puking all over from reflux, she's uncomfortable and we've been waiting 5 days for this medication now". I'm pretty sure they forgot to send in the order for the medication when I placed it at the beginning of the week. Their hours are brutal- even worse since they had reduced hours due a bursted pipe they had, so I'm calling an hour before close to find out if I have to wait ANOTHER day for this medication.
When you have a sick newborn, the last thing you want is pharmacy staff with no empathy and who are snippy over the phone.
This will be my last time filling a prescription here- good riddance.
I don't think grumpy Greg should be allowed to communicate with customers, as it looks like other reviewers found him to have the same attitude.

Gregg is very rude to my wife this afternoon when my wife if he can her something for screech he told my wife he can't give her anything unless u see a doctor this manger Gregg shouldn't be working there if he can off her something for her screch pharmacist job is can I help you or offer u some thing for the scrath from my cat please don't waste your time he needs on his attitude not get upset with my wife asking him questions s? My wife transferred her file some where else she told me I will never deal with Gregg again she told me Gregg is worst pharmacist she met these complaints are so true about Gregg

Do not go here. The one pharmacist ‘Greg’ is rude and hostile towards customers/patients. He has been rude to me when I wanted my prescription filled for one month at a time instead of all three at once.
He has also brought my wife to tears over the phone when she asked for some clarification on getting a partial refill until she could see a doctor. He has been rude to us during every interaction we’ve had with him. His attitude leaves much to be desired. If he is so unhappy with his career perhaps he should pursue another path. I will take this complaint up the chain of command as far as needed to get this situation resolved.

Had a free on spot consultation with Kevin (one of the pharmacist). Best place for exactly what I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

For some reason drinks here seem to be quite overpriced juice and pop but they had a very attentive staff member so I gave it four stars instead of two or three

All the pharmacist here have been nice and helpful, but yesterday the person who picked up the phone named “greg” was so rude, i just wanted to ask if there’s any prescription i can pick up today and he was sighing and saying “oh god” in a very displeasing manner like i cannot hear him on the line. I have to drop the call because i don’t feel comfortable getting help from someone like that.

I use to think there were the best but I've been trying to get a prescription refilled. Today was the 10th time I called the ladies name was Niki she was very ignorant I'm very frustrated & not impressed at all. I will be switching pharmacies if my problem is not relsoved in the next couple of days

Medicentre will lie to you about how long the wait is, you need to constantly ask how long it will be, and they pharmacy is usually good to deal with except when people answer the phone who can barely speak English, makes it very hard to talk to them about all your needs and concerns, I could have sworn I was in canada

Actually one star is generous. My husband asked the pharmacy manager for a receipt with his name on it so we could claim the blood pressure machine with our provider, $104.99. When we purchased the machine we did not realize the insurance company covered it. Apparently it's not policy to reissue receipts. So she didn't, even though she knew we could get our money back. She was not helpful at all. We are seniors. Tried calling the customer service number, had to leave a message.
Update, the person my husband initially talked to was not the pharmacy manager, but a store manager nonetheless and quite rude. After talking with my insurance provider I then got in touch with the pharmacy manager and she had no problem providing an official receipt. Very helpful, very kind, I believe her name was Catherine. Everything worked out. Maybe more training is needed at the store.

The pharmacy is a complete joke. You can request prescription refills online, yet when I went the next day they said it was refused and it would be another day or 2. So.why didn't you call to say that? Medication is kind of important.
Requested 5, could only fill 4, when I received only 3 I went up to the front. 3 pharmacists working, 1 made eye contact and walked away, 1 kept looking at us and then a few minutes later the 3rd asked if I had a question. Told her I was missing 1 to which she rolled her eyes and the other pharmacist said "on backorder". Why wouldn't you have said that when you handed me my prescription? They just hand you a bag and walk away and don't care at all about customers.
Don't know why I gave them a chance, should have stayed where I was and just keep going out of my way to them.

They can’t make up a cream for a child who is in pain with a rash because it would take too long. They said it will be a day or two for it so they are fine with letting a child be in pain. These people don’t care about anyone. Horrible customer service and no compassion for a child.
