Literally stood in line for 22 minutes while the pharmacist continued to help everyone in the 'pickup' line, even though all but 1 person showed up after me. Soo annoying!

This pharmacy is truly amazing sunaida is always polite always provides me with great customer and answers all my concerns when i get my prescription.

This Rexall pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Super busy all the time and don’t even bother calling as they just put you on hold or simply don’t pick up the phone.

Whatever gentlemen at the checkout that closed the store this evening - was extremely rude to me and another guest. At 9: 54 people should be able to come into a store and quickly grab something. I walked in he rudely reminded me that the store closed in 4 min, which I understood as I was only grabbing 1 item & running to it as well… He then further, yelled at another man who walked in and said “ we’re almost closed man ” … just overall weird customer service & wont be returning.

This girl named Hannah helped me at the post office the other day, she was very kind to me and was good help!

I will say this is the friendliest drugstore you could go to in North Edmonton. While we only needed a few items the manager was actually out and about and helped us find our items we were searching for. I was amazed on how the manager was helping restocking shelves with his staff, this to me that is very impressive. Not many places you see that the manager actually working let alone help his staff and customers like at this Rexall. Great store with great staff, my favorite drugstore in North Edmonton. Keep up the great service guys.

Literal dog water of a pharmacy. Zero customer service skills. Zero clue how to be efficient. Would rate a zero if possible, perhaps even negative stars, but I can never get my HOUR waiting in line back. Once I reached the till, my prescription took under one minute to receive and pay for. Infuriating experience, seeing three pharmacists casually ignoring a long line. No sense of urgency. Train your inept staff, as this is the last straw. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another competent local pharmacy that is run better and cares for its community.

Post Office only has 1 employee, shuts down the whole Post Office whenever they go for a break, with no warning. Drove 45 minutes one way to pick up a pacel that had been left here for some reason, just to find out that the employee left for their break 10+ minutes early.
Useless to have a Post Office in this location if they aren't going to man it properly. Especially when there's 2-3 locations within a few blocks.

Seemingly prejudiced pharmacy staff when it comes to lgb (t) medical supplies. I had syringes included in a prior prescriptions and needed more and am not experienced in that process. They denied having 1mL syringes, which seems unlikely to me. The girls said “somebody has to pay for them” when I said “oh they aren’t free? I thought they were free in Canada”. Prior, they were given free to me by the same staff. Then they said that they must’ve given them to me free because I was just newly getting the medication, after declining that they would ever be free. What about guidelines or consistency? This seemed like an inobjective assumption on what my financial state is just because I was seeking trans medical care and am black. Not a comfortable situation to be publicly.

The employees are all ignorant. Guy at the front till always has something to say under his breath.

Pharmacy staff, if i could give them minus fire stars i would, very inconsiderate staff of four joking around while the line almost reached outside of the store, the owner needs to step in and do something about the dysfunctionality of his staff, with bad attitude, last time of my family dealing with such a gong show

The pharmacy staff are beyond rude at this location. The wait times are beyond ridiculous! They lie and tell you a refill is ready in 20 minutes. After waiting 10 more minutes just to be acknowledged at the counter, they tell you it’s not ready and then make you wait another 30-40 minutes and nobody else in line. Every time it’s no less than an hour at this location. Poor staffing for sure. Just don’t lie about the wait. Not cool

Waiting for prescription and the employee in the pharmacy who stands at drop off was talking badly about the previous customer she had just interacted with to her coworkers. It was said extremely loud also. The customer wasn’t being rude or anything, just asked her a question.

With that being said, the employee who helped me with my pickup was extremely nice and easy to talk to.

I have been going to this Rexall on 82 street since they opened and while I have had good business dealings with the staff I have found that the Pharmacist Randeep takes things to a different level. Always TRUELY listening to the customer and caring about there thoughts and feelings. Randeep is an great example of what a pharmacist should be.

Absolute unprofessional joke of a pharmacy. They lie about when they can have your medication filled and then when they don’t have it for you for days on end they just leave you hanging. Asked for my prescription to be sent to a competent pharmacy and they can’t. Save yourself money and trouble and go to shoppers. Apparently the staff here can lie to you and when you are left hanging they just stare at you blankly.

I've been to this location a few times & the service is always great. Mineth was the manager working & she was beyond helpful & polite. Great location

The pharmacy team is incredible, when having to professionally isolate I called in such a panic about what to do. They made it effortless, the lady working with long brown hair is just amazing at her job and works with such conviction!

Suhiry, Diana & Ahmed are amazing! Quick and efficient checkout everytime they are working. Very friendly staff. Don’t understand how people complain with cashiers not memorizing the sales.and with double scanning that is why the screen is there for the customer to see.always double check before payment.cashiers make mistakes it’s normal.

I love this pharmacy. Best customer service, they will always pick up the phone, The two pharmacist are so kind and patient and do the best job. Highly recommend.

I transferred my prescription from another rexall pharmacy on rexall.ca and received no information on the transfer process as per the website. Only three days later I found out that the prescription has arrived. Perhaps rexall pharmacies need to educate themselves on the process as this is the second time happening with these people. I will definitely transfer my repeat prescription to another chain/local pharmacy.

This Rexall is notorious for advertising wrong prices. The cashiers don't pay attention. I spend a lot of money here but I will start going some where else, where customer service and correct pricing is a priority.

I get my prescriptions for over two years here. I like service, friendly and helpful staff, great for gabbing milk bread ect and your prescriptions. I no everything has changed with the virus going out there but one thing that these guys need to change the open and closing hours on there web site. You go on there and it says it's open when it's not. The hours use to be 9: 00 Am to 11: 59 PM BUT NOW 9: 00 AM to 10: 00 PM. And the only way you would no this if you go on the website and look at the pictures, they took a picture of the hours that is on the door and posted on there web site. Come on guys what would happen if someone has a sick child or sick and they think your open and get there with there child prescription and your closed. Please change your hours on your website.

Check expired dates at this rexall.everything is close to expiry or expired especially in the home foods section at the end by the coolers. This location is okay, and has decent stock for some things. Zoriana at the front could be a little bit more smiley overall, decent location. Seniors get a discount at rexall on Tuesdays I believe!

Don't waste your time!
Called in prescriptions while out of town, and when I go to pick it up, I am told they canceled it, due to being a week since I ordered it!
Never had that problem at Shoppers Drug mart!
Which is where I have transferred all my prescriptions back to!
Plus if doing any other shopping, Shoppers shelves aren't bare like at Rexall.

The pharmacy wait times are beyond ridiculous! 10 mini to get a prescription and an hour to fill it when nobody else in line. Every time it’s no less than an hour at this location. Poor staffing for sure.

Ann is always a wonderful cashier! She is so pleasant and always going out of her way to help everyone.

There’s two people in front of me so it’s going to take a half an hour? Why does it take that long? Have the stuff is prepackaged they don’t even have to count it, Pathetic.

Recently visited Rexall, Jeremy was a very nice and kind employee. He did not mind helping and explaining things throughly.

Don't shop here if your a visible minority. As soon as I walked in the cashier looks at me and calls for security scans. Then I see an employee watching me in every aisle I go through.
Granted they had everything I needed. It's kind of disheartening to be racially discriminated in this day and age.

I would give 5 stars to the pharmacy for their knowledge and service. It’s always been exceptional.

The store it’s self, Cleanliness, staff 5 * employees are always friendly and helpful however it’s way overpriced. The odd time I can find savings on household and coffee however I find their store sneaky. I often see a coupon for discounted items on certain brands but I don’t realize till I get to the till that it didn’t apply to the product.

There was a sale on gain in their flyer but it was only their scent boosters.

The price signs are not always aligned with the product advertising the actual price. Multiple occasions I’ve gone back realizing on my receipt I was charged double. After returning back into the store to verify, I learn the price sticker was not near the actual product. In tiny writing it displayed the actual product.

When your buying items on sale make sure it’s the right one. For the most part, on an average day. 80% of their goods cost double in comparison to Walmart prices. If you are looking to save, download free reebee app. Simple to use, you can search items, or specific flyers, check the item you wish to purchase and it categorize into a shopping list.if you need convenience some companies, Walmart and save on foods deliver to you. Free if over a certain amount.

Five stars for the pharmacy and pharmacy staff! Always so helpful and they always go out of the way for my family and I. If I ever have any questions too they are so accomadating on the phone. & not to mention they're open until midnight now. Never have to rush to get there before closing, I can just go when it is convenient for me.

Pharmacy is staffed by all immigrants. My teenage son went there to the clinic, then took the prescription to the pharmacy. The woman there said “You have two coverages so I don’t know what to do. ” She took a cash payment from him and then put it through one of the drug plans anyway. Ridiculous.

I'm giving the Pharmacy 5 stars.the retail location is a 3 and the medical centre is a 2 at best. Here's the breakdown. Randeep and the pharmacy staff are great, they have helped me in countless ways. I attribute my recent health improvements directly to Randeeps care and attention in recommending and providing better medication.couldn't be happier. Every Rexall pharmacy I have used in the past 10 years has been nothing but top notch. The retail location does a good job, staff could be a bit friendlier. I've never had anyone ask me if I needed help finding anything. The medicentre is nearly always closed during regular hours. I once had a 2pm appointment only to be told it was cancelled as I arrived and they closed the gates.several times I or my family have tried to stop by only to find them closed outside of regular hours - mid day on a weekday. However, the pharmacy makes up for it at this location.

Hands down the best pharmacy in Edmonton. The staff are ALWAYS kind, polite, and knowledgeable. When I have gone, there has always been people waiting for their prescription BUT there are always a few pharmacists and other related staff working hard to get everyone their meds as fast as they can. The Pharmacy manager, Randeep Birdi, is simply awesome. He is personable and understanding. He goes the extra mile to answer questions and to get you what you need, when you need it. My daughter and I also just got our flu shots and were treated like family! I won't go anywhere else. THANK YOU!

Very rude service at pharmacy, the pharmacisit kept giving execuses not to honor the onetouch verio flex meter promotion.

The pharmacy has very slow service, very rude customer, I wish there is a zero rate because they don't even deserve 1 star.

This is a very mixed review. I’ve been going to this location for several months now, every week, for a weekly allergy shot. The medicentre has a system for patience like me whom come in regularly called the “fast track” system. I have been to this location 14 times and about 12 of those 14 visits were 1-2 hour wait periods. Anything but fast, even when there were perhaps two people ahead of me.

There have been several occasions where I went to go take my weekly shot and the medicentre was closed unexpectedly, the reason for that was because they couldn’t find a doctor to come in.

Today was one of those days, I have learned to call ahead because of their inconsistency. There were no doctors until 3pm. I showed up and the place was completely packed, so I just left and went somewhere else which had me wait less than 15 minutes for the whole visit.

There was a time when a doctor even showed up to work nearly an hour late, making several people wait the full time plus the time it took to take every patient through whatever they were there to do.

On average my wait time was an 1.5 hours, even though I qualified for their “fast track” system

The only redeeming quality of this location is that the staff are fantastic, very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient.

But I’ve since not returned because of how much time they make me waste, despite being a few blocks from my house, and would never recommend this location
