Convenient, as I live in Tuscany, but pharmacy is always slow and service varies depending on day and person. Many times when I’ve tried calling the general number there is a message they can’t connect me, as though the line is busy. I have to call back in a few minutes. Weird and frustrating. They do seem to stock most essentials but price seems to be more for convenience than value.

Adding to the ever-growing (but absolutely not surprising!) list of negative reviews here.

If I could give lower than one star, I would.
Staff here is rude, unhelpful, spiteful, and condescending— not just once, but on SEVERAL occasions.
Anytime I have a package that needs to be picked up here, I absolutely DREAD the process.

Post office staff — particularly the female manager (and younger gentleman that works most weekday mornings) are an absolute terror to deal with. I swear these people are on some unchecked power-trip anytime you have to deal with them— they will do everything in their power to make you miserable.

On several occasions they refused to let me pick up my parcel with pickup slip, addressed to ME - despite having government issued ID that proves I live at this address - solely because my drivers license has a different address on it (I attend schooling out of country and only live here with my family during parts of the year). Despite having 3 other forms of identification to prove I live at said address, because my drivers license ID has an out of country address on it, they refused to let me pick it up and requested that another family member come pickup and pay for the parcel. When said family member went out of their way to do the pickup for me, they then refused to release the package to them because despite the address being correct this time … they were not the addressee! (:
I have spoken with Canada Post in regards to this issue, and have been told that everything I provided should have been sufficient enough for pickup, but I ALWAYS run into problems regardless of what I do/don’t bring.

On a separate occasion, I arrived thirty minutes to close in hopes of shipping a package, and was met with passive aggressive remarks of “GREAT! ” and “AWESOME! ” by the younger aforementioned gentleman who just very clearly did not want to bother helping me this close to closing time, and actually refused + turned me away because “it would take too much time to complete and they’re closing soon”. Mind you I took this exact same package to the Canada Post location in Sobeys Royal Oak and the entire process took less than 5 minutes and with zero attitude … THE SAME DAY.

Absolutely pathetic lot of people they have working here— they’re rude, make what should be a simple process: difficult, and clearly don’t care much beyond sitting around and to collect their paycheques.

Take your business elsewhere, this location is an embarrassment to have in Tuscany.

Girl on the counter evening around 7 pm was very rude and not behaving live customer’s service

Not sure what is up with the woman, I think the manager, working at Canada post. Jesuussss, she thinks she's on top of the food chain by being the manager at a retail canada post.

Does it get any more unprofessional?
I. THINK. NOT.

After a friend gives me a tip that she got test kits there, I call immediately [9: 24pm] to confirm if they have test kits remaining
and are open to 10pm.

The pharmacist tells me “yeah, we’re already closing and won’t be giving any out until tomorrow morning when we open“.

Seriously? !

And when I explain I have 2 elderly parents and a toddler and we never got a single one in the first round, she reiterates: they will be available in the morning. Despite 36 minutes before closing time. You’d think handing out a test kit requires 45 minutes of processing.

Yuck.

What trashy and disrespectful service.
And that in the respectable Tuscany area.

Was able to get my booster shot before Christmas without having to wait 4 weeks for an appointment, was very grateful to get it done that quickly!
The pharmacist was efficient and the shot was painless.

Also had to wait 30 minutes, but overall experience was great!

So convenient to have in the neighbourhood. We get all our prescriptions there and they are quick to fill out the prescriptions.

Can't say enough about this location. Wendy and the other pharmacists have been terrific to our family during Covid especially. She even helped us find a new doctor when we were struggling after the one we went to stopped practicing. They call to check on med details to double check if needed, and have been very kind. Really, really happy with them. Professional and caring staff.

Never had issues picking up my meds. Always so quick and convenient and a 5 min drive away from home. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Incredibly horrible customer service. The staff was very rude and unprofessional to various customers in the store when I visited. Asked some young customers to leave the store for laughing.
