Polite questions or polite answers.answers. The cashier stopped in middle of my transaction to ring in another customer. There was a discrancy in phone numbers but no explanation as to why until this customer asked. It was a very stressful experience to pick up a pre- ordered supplies package for my disabled daughter. A little polite information up front would have saved them several minutes rather than not communicating what the problem was up front. This is very sad for an in hospital pharmacy.

I recently had a terrible experience with a pharmacy worker at the Rexall Pharmacy, Foothills Hospital. This guy was extremely rude and unprofessional, making my visit a complete nightmare. From the moment I approached the counter, his behaviour was dismissive and unwelcoming, and his tone was condescending and abrasive.
When I tried to ask him a question about a fax medication, he rolled his eyes and snapped at me, as if I was wasting his time. I felt completely embarrassed and disrespected by his behavior. It is upset me and give stress, knowing that I just discharge with a recently open heart surgery. It was clear that he had no interest in helping me or addressing my concerns, and he made no effort to provide any guidance or advice.
His unprofessionalism in every aspect of his interaction with me, from his lack of empathy and sensitivity. We just have no option to get my prescription with other pharmacy that time so we need to wait for it, becauae I need to take the medication as soon as I reach home. I left the pharmacy feeling upset and frustrated.
In my opinion, this guy is a disgrace to the healthcare industry, and it is unacceptable for him to treat patients in such a disrespectful and dismissive manner. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this pharmacy and seek out a more professional and caring healthcare provider. It is clear that this pharmacy worker is not qualified to serve the needs of patients, and his behavior is a serious cause for concern.

Horrible customer services. Rude and arrogant pharmacist. I will never use this pharmacy again.
