Wonderful pharmacy everyone here is so kind and informative I personally refuse going else where with my medications and health care!

This review is about the pharmacy specifically, 1️ for the pharmacy, 2 overall because the store itself seems to be fine
Both my wife and I have had a huge amount of problems trying to get basic prescriptions refilled here. We both go to the same doctor and have been consistently filling prescriptions at this location for around 3 years. Within the last 8 months or so, the pharmacy staff seems to have developed an inability to send requisitions to doctor offices. We both have had to call the doctors office multiple times to confirm that the pharmacists have sent the requisition at all and then call the pharmacy to make sure they even know how to contact the office properly. I can't stress enough that this has happened to both of us multiple times. The pharmacists need to do a better job of updating patient files, and following up on long wait times for refill requests.
