Rexall

The pharmacy and staff are great, whoever is in charge of opening the store on time let alone 10 minutes late however sucks!
Had to go elsewhere as they ignored me standing outside waiting.
They let some staff in and locked the door and walked away.
Bravo!

Horrible pharmacy. I called to ask questions regarding my sons prescription and they just hang up on you or put you on hold without saying anything. If you call the front and ask to be transferred they hang up on you or put on hold as well. The staff are not friendly when you do go in person and look less than enthused being there.

I was at the till by 515pm on a Sunday
and asked to buy stamps. I was told they were put away for the night. I insisted stating they're open until 6pm and a sale is a sale. I was finally able to buy them.

As I was leaving, a lady came in with a return and was told that she had to come back tomorrow (Monday) since there was no manager in. I'm sure that a manager is not the only one who can process refunds.

I have been going to this Rexall since it opened. No more

Just another neighbourhood pharmacy that always makes you wait. Takes an exorbitant amount of time to fill prescriptions and never seems to have enough stock on hand of anything. Charges you higher than your insurance company pays out for dispensing fees. We constantly have to make trips in to pick up stuff they forgot, meds they didn't give us enough of, meds they had to order or, meds they didn't bill enough of and now will bill more but you still have to make another trip in to pick up the meds they should have given you in the first place. One person tells you one thing then another staff tells you another. The only reason we go here is that it is on our way and not off the beaten path. We also started going here because of the drive through window which was great when we had sick children in the car.
Now that window is always non functioning. I can offer one positive and that is that they did offer a solution to our med packaging issues that was helpful.

Pharmacist representative was extremely rude and pretentious on the phone and despite the website saying I could find help here they immediately turned me away.

Extremely lazy and untrustworthy pharmacists at this location. Would not take a few minutes to give me prices for medication I needed for my parents. Very suspicious.

Worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced. No one acknowledges you when you are at the till. The pharmacy manager is horrible to deal with, sarcastic, rude and arrogant. Another family that was there at the same time said they would never be back to this location as well. They should have kept 66st & 137 Ave open with Wynn in the pharmacy, she could teach him a lesson in customer service.

No matter how sick you are or how hard things have been the people working at this Rexall will find a way to make you feel worse. I’ve been shopping here on and off (when necessary) for 6 years. From the pharmacy to the managers to most staff at the front, you feel their embarrassment and disdain for your health issues or simply for your existence in their store. No wonder it’s dead in there all the time, what a nightmare.
