Such a waste if my time! I do not recommend anyone going to this store. I was there to get some beauty product, i struggled to find a cashier to ask question and there was nobody working at the section. And i asked if they can check in their other store inventory to find a particular item. But they informed me they cannot check as the systems are not connected. So i called the other store and without even checking the employee on the phone told me they don't have any stock. I think the problem with the training, somebody has to explain the importance of customer service to these people

I had a disappointing experience at Rexall pharmacy, primarily due to the customer service provided by an employee named Alex Yee. His demeanor, attitude, knowledge, and customer service skills were subpar. It appeared as if he was disinterested in his role as a pharmacist. My prescription took an excessively long time to be entered into the system, and I understand that they may be short-staffed, but customer care should still be a priority. I hope that Rexall can address these issues to enhance the overall customer experience. I will reconsider returning to Rexall in the future.

The Asian guy / pharmacy assistant who helped me today doesn’t know how to say Hi or not even smile. He seemed to be not wanting to be there for the job. When I tried to ask about if my prescription is ready, he just stood there not even saying anything with a blank face. I believe working behind the counter should at least know how to greet a customer with a smile. I came back to ask him something else and approached me “ is there a problem? ”. Very unprofessional.

The pharmacy needs more staff! Clearly understaffed, but also rude. And it took forever! Ridiculous!
Will never be coming back to this one.

My experience at Rexall was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. According to the Canada Post slip, the post office within Rexall is supposed to be open until 9pm on weekdays. However, my visit at 8: 12pm was met with a closed post office. This lack of adherence to their stated hours not only wasted my time but also left me feeling inconvenienced. It's disheartening when a business fails to fulfill its commitments, especially when it involves services as crucial as a post office. Unfortunately, this one-star review reflects my dissatisfaction with the unreliable operating hours at Rexall

Me and my friends were looking around minding our own business and we were looking for stuff and a lady who worked there came up to us and said if ur not gonna buy anything just leave or I’m gonna call the cops on u and another time she said we were stealing and said she was gonna call the cops when we weren’t and other times employees would just follow us around like just buzz off so I don’t recommended coming here really aragonite staff

What a waste of my time! Not even worth for a star.
I called the store before I came in, the cashier said they got the stock. I asked 'is it enough? ' then she said 'it's enough. ' So i drove to come but there was nothing at all. I asked you said enough stock, she said it was. All of sudden, all the stock went away? She said she thought there is. But there was nothing when I stopped by yesterday as well. She lied to me. She didn't check about it. Unbelievable. The cashier who worked on Monday (August 28, Afternoon) needs to be trained again. Terrible experience.

Nice location and clean. There is a pharmacy and doctors office here. Price can be improved.

This Canada post close at 8: 00 pm, not 9: 00 pm. Wasted my time.

I want to buy a lottery ticket. And this lady was rude and told me lottery service close at 8: 00 pm.

My experience at this Rexall was so bad. I hope one day Shoppers can instead this Rexall.

Never ever go in this pharmacy…There pharmacist are there to rip their clients off…They just want to make money…highly disappointed! Boycotting this place for the rest of my life.

Started going here because it is close to my house but from the beginning everyone seemed super incompetent. The things that have happened: saying a refill would take over an hour and it would be best if I came back the next day, three people working but only one helping the line of customers, telling me I’m at the wrong counter even though I was only one in line and just the overall attitude they have truly sounds like they hate their lives. My final straw was when my doctor sent over a refill and had my medication as tablets instead of capsules and them refusing to change it even though I had been getting capsules from the beginning. They said I had to contact my doctor and get a new prescription despite me saying I am no longer that doctors patient and it would be practically impossible. Needless to say I contacted another pharmacy who handled getting my prescription transferred to them and having CAPSULES ready in two hours.

This is one star because NO Choice that’s why I ask for washrooms key and they say someone took keys and one of staff members get out from washrooms what I say?

This establishment has reslly disappointed me again, and again. I have been going here consistantly for about a month and I can truely say that this drug store really disappoints. You are better off going to any other store. The staff at this location are rude, ignorant and judgemental. As I browsed products, multiple staff came up to me and said I had to buy an item or leave. The pharmacy here usually has long lines of people waiting to be served by the single pharmacist! The post office is equally as disappointing. There are never any staff working there. Usually only 1 till is used at a time. The shelves are dusty and the workers would not stop telling me I had to leave! I will not be coming back here.

I went in to return some items which the cashier had told me I could return within 30days. Then I was told I couldn't return those items, and I was asked to come back again when the manager was in to speak to her. The next day I went and talked to the manager, I apologized for the inconvenience I was causing because I was misinformed and didn't need the items. The
manager Soha Ghandour was very rude, she said "it's weird" that I'm returning these items. Her behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. She dismissed me to the cashier after strictly telling me this was a one time pass. The cashier Zoya was rude and proceeded to give me terrible service for something which wasnt my fault and I was apologetic for.

Apparently the store policy is not to accept credit cards when purchasing gift cards exceeding $500. Take your business elsewhere.

Never come again for a prescription. The lady said coz it's a compound so she needs 30mins to mix it. Went to save on food and they gave it to me in 5 mins.

This has to be the worst Rexall. Filling wrong prescription’s multiple times, always an excuse, forgetting to check prescriptions for refills. I will never go back!

Do not come here to get your prescriptions filled. It is extremely slow and the pharmacist is very rude. The other reviews are not lying. Try pharmasave.
