I have been there twice to get prescriptions and the help I have received not at all helpful. I felt like I was nothing them they also didn’t seem to care about my privacy while I was asking questions.
The person that answers the phone was short and didn’t seem to care of my concerns

Pharmacy staff were to busy chatting.staff member I dealt with was rude and abrupt.didn't have the time of day for me. Moved my rx to another Pharmacy!

Most of the pharmacy staff are quite friendly, helpful, and informative. They answer all of my questions. They've been very accommodating with my frustrating insurance, special ordering several things to meet their requirements.

The pharmacy is terrible. They have given my wife someone else's prescription multiple times, one time it happened while she was pregnant. The store side is fine but we had to leave that pharmacy, my own prescriptions lost refills somehow and they left me without very important medication. Terrible. Do not recommend. I do recommend the Fraser pharmasave though.

My dear god are the staff here rude. Beyond rude. I have been going here for years and finally decided to switch to another pharmacy. I literally get the same two prescriptions filled, I never ask questions, i get my items and go. Anytime you go there they seriously act like you are inconveniencing them to pick up your prescription. Or they are beyond confused with how many re-fills you have on file, dont even think of asking them to send in a re-fill for you, they are so rude and annoyed they will not do it. Same if they are out of stock for a prescription, they say they'll call you and then nothing, zero follow up.

To the lady in the pharmacy today, all I ever wanted to ask was if the Nyquill I was holding is safe to take if I have a codeine allergy. You said "just a minute", then someone else came 1 or 2 minutes after, you ask them right away from afar and went to them for their last name.while I was still there waiting for you. Nothing against the other people, but to you lady.not a right thing to say, I would ask Google next time instead.

Very expensive definitely for the rich will never go back buckleys for 17.99 when u can walk a bit down and pay 10 bucks like what a joke
