Rexall

A pretty standard Rexall experience. The staff is always friendly, and the Post Office has great hours. The pharmacy area is bright, spacious, and clean. There are several chairs in the 'waiting' area. The pharmacy does have a drive-thru option as well. They carry M&Ms Food products in the small freezer section and (newly!) some David's Tea products in the dry goods area. At Christmas time, they always have great wrapping paper options and several ornaments and holiday gifts/decor options. The parking lot has plenty of space, including handicap stalls. They have a post office box right outside the front doors for easy mail drop-off. They have several baskets and carts for customer use upon entering the store. They usually have a large clearance rack near the front and some super sale books as well. They have decent flyers each week with extra discounts if you are a Be Well rewards member. They also run some students & seniors discounts fairly often.

Went to the pharmacist clinic, well attempted. I made an appointment (first one of the day), showed up on time but was still sitting there at 10: 45 though asking it if it would be much longer 10 minutes before I decided to leave. If this is the answer to support the health system, I feel that it is quite the opposite if this is the help they are looking to supply. I only gave one stars as their online booking system was easy.

Fully stocked pharmacy and also has a walk-in medi center. Excellent for vaccination with negligent waiting times. Lots of grocery and personal care items too.

The post office at this location has the most rude person I have ever dealt with. I was mailing a card to my niece for my 86 year old father. I asked for a piece of tape to put on the envelope. There was a money order in it and I wanted to make sure it stayed closed. The young person who was working was extremely rude with me. Told me she do it after cause there was a line up behind me. I asked for the tape to stand to the side and I can do it myself and she can proceed with the gentlemen behind me. She got even more rude and got a huge attitude. And stated loudly so everyone could here her. Stating she will do it later.
My niece received the card today with no tape on the envelope (surprise) and luckily the money order was still in it. As I was leaving I did mention her attitude to a lovely lady working the front counter who stated she would talk to the one in the post office. From reading the reviews I noticed I’m not the only who had an issue with her. It will be my fist and last time dealing with this particular location.

Worst customer service at the post office at this location. If that’s the kind of service that customers can expect, they may as well close it down. Will never shop there again. Too many choices out there to put up with terrible attitudes. Management needs to make better choices when hiring staff. I can see why the place is always empty.
