Store is terrible and keeps forgetting to send me my regularly scheduled blister packs. When I ran out and told pharmicist I needed medication that night to sleep & function properly, was told she would have to call manager & "help 2 other customers first". This was 1/2 an hour before closing. They also misunderstood a prescription for anxiety with a stomach medication which they kept me on a month. This pharmacy needs a class action suit, not more customers.

Glad I get treated like I'm a burden on someone paid to do their job. Stood there like an idiot for 10 minutes without being acknowledged (completely empty store) because I wasn't standing at the right end of the counter.

Terrible service. Booked an appointment and drove 20 minutes so i would need to wait and still ended up waiting an hour and a half and was told I would be next then 3 people went after she said that. Terrible don’t recommend!

They have the worst service at the pharmacy.no manners whatsoever. That white women at the pharmacy is the rudest person i have ever seen in my life. I have shared my experience plusier time in the past and i wnder why they never fix it.
Please have her go thru some customer services training.its not very pleasant seeing her early in the morning with such a rude face, no eye contact, no greeting. I was there today to pick up the prescription at around 9: 30 am if that helps identifying the employee. They dont have the name tags unfortunately.

Three strikes and you're out. First time I went here I stood waiting while observing pharmacist and staff that although may be doing something else yet intentionally ifnores
customer thats standing and waiting.pharmacist was rude and didn't try to understand. Public shaming a customer is wrong. 2nd time stood waiting while the staff ignores. The feeling like they rather you went somewhere else. 3rd time there was no one else waiting but the entire staff once again ignores me. After waiting sevetal minutes I I asked if I should i back another time, to which the response was
A brief moment to consider my query, and then tells me, no, but it will be 10 minutes. Why should anyone stand at a pharmacy for 15 minutes waiting to be served. To ignore customers that they darn well.know is standing right in front of the. Is not good customer service. As a business owner, customer service is everything. Acknowledging customers so they know you actually value having customers should be most Important. I believe 3 strikes abd you're out. The pharmacy knows they have access to many customers because of the walk in clinic inside the store. Me and my family will return to shoppers drug mart where across Canada I've had consistent good service.
I've noticed different staff everytime I've come thru here. I've used the walk in clinic many times to see only Dr. Sher, who is great.

The store is fine and friendly but the pharmacy is constantly messing up. They never seem to have anything in stock. They tell you to come back tomorrow and they still have nothing in stock and no clue they were suppose to get it. This has happened multiple times. This pharmacy is run so poorly that it’s a danger to peoples health. The very opposite of what a pharmacy should be.

The pharmacy manager I talked to tonight was very rude. Not sympathetic to what I was going through. Didn't even say hello just answered MA'AM like he was ready for a fight but had he heard and listened to my issue and spoke to me like a human then I wouldn't have just moved my prescriptions elsewhere. Unbelievable. Who ever I talked to first was very nice, and I could tell she wanted to help but that manager. Or supervisor wow. Very unprofessional. I get that it's not your fault the refill didn't come through but help me try and figure out what to do don't talk down to me.

For the most part it's exactly what you'd expect. Service at the tills are quick enough, and the pharmacy is always efficient and they do their best to help me.
One star's off for the post office constantly being slow and how sometimes the pharmacy staff can be rude and monotonous- I understand that it's a difficult job, but I don't appreciate it as someone who is never rude to them.

Usually there because of Canada Post being located in the back corner of store but any and everytime I've interacted with Any staff from Any of the departments I find them to be cheerful, friendly, and helpful, with one exception, one of the staff members at Canada Post is absolutely horrible to deal with. She is rude and very unhelpful. I'm always relieved and excited when I call or walk in and she isn't the one working that shift.

The girl at the front desk that was wearing a black uniform tried to accuse me of stealing when I was holding somthing I brought in I go to that pharmacy ever week but that’s just embarssing she would accuse me of stealing and stopped me I also had my persciption under my tongue so I couldn’t stop she has seen me multiple times before walking in holding my lock box to get my persciption. She only targeted me because I’m 20 years old and she has nothing better to do than accuse customers of stealing. ‍️

Absolutely awful experience.
Went there twice on Friday, January 21st. First time was to go to the medicentre and the second was to pick up my prescription.
Was wearing slim fit sweatpants and a windbreaker, and my company sweater. No bag or purse but a wrist completely bandaged up from an injury.
From the moment I entered the store I was being followed by the loss prevention worker/secret shopper. He proceeded to follow me into the medicentre and stood there watching me while I talked to the lady at the medicentre up until I was called back to see the doctor. Once I was finished seeing the doctor there the secret shopper was, waiting for me and watched me while I went to drop off my prescription. This is where I start to get very uncomfortable because twice now I’m having to talk to someone about my medical information and there’s someone right there watching me. No privacy at all.
I try to shrug it off and leave.
A few hours later I return in order to pick up my prescription. He sees that I’ve returned and continues to follow me to the pharmacy and stand there waiting while I’m in line to get my prescription.
I pay, I go to pick out some chips since they’re on sale and he goes to the extent to follow me all the way to the till and until I have finished at the till. He’s literally standing there while I’m in line to pay.

I requested after paying to speak to a manager about this situation the manager is a male, he wasn’t the person I was given to speak to. Instead of it being the manager it was someone named Bailey. Baileys response was that they’re sorry it made me uncomfortable but that they also saw me walk in and assumed I was there to steal then made the gesture towards my purchase of a prescription and chips said that obviously they were wrong.
I had to explain to them my work history and how it’s made me very familiar with loss prevention and how their policies work and how they are supposed to handle a situation as well as profiling people and that was when Bailey finally made the comment that the secret shopper wasn’t supposed to follow me into the medicentre because it’s not their territory.

But this leads me to the question of why was I profiled? The first time I was dressed in my work clothes. Second time I was dressed like anyone else in the store but there were people in there with literal backpacks… none of them were followed.
Am I being profiled for having visible tattoos? Or is it because I’m young? Neither would’ve made sense considering the workers there are young and have body modifications as well.
Still disgusting behaviour.
Honestly this location needs to get their act together. Unprofessional how everything was handled.
Lots of family and friends that have agreed with me that the situation was completely inappropriate.

Wonderful customer service from Venii last week. We came in for an advice for a baby product. I guess her name is Venii she went above and beyond to explain us in detail about each product available. Amazing customer service and great store.

Killing time after getting my shot, I wandered looking at prices. Planter's Peanuts 600 gram jar at $9.99 was 50% more expensive than the same at Save-On. Nutragena Zinc Face sunscreen was $22 (bought same 2 days ago at London Drugs for $16-something). This is a disappointment. My wife and liked staff, cleanliness, location, and we had decided to move our business here from Shoppers. Not now!

I sent a package to Edmonton many times and this is the only confusing part. Sent a package to my sister in Edmonton and paid it here in the US but my sister received a notice of pick at Rexall 7255 address post office and she need to pay $13. What’s wrong with other fee enclosed? Is it not enough that the sender paid everything herein the US? I have not experienced that before and my package sent directly to her address. I am very frustrated about double payment. I was not explained in USPS office that my sister will extra or anything.

Excellent service at Rexall pharmacy. This pharmacy really cares about their customers. I discussed how much I will be charge if they had to go back to a month to month refills and the manager was very good and listened to my concerns that it's not fair to be charged almost triple when they can't supply my three months. Every case will be reviewed and he said they will split the cost in three months. This is exactly what my MLA office of Sarah Hoffman told me IT'S IS TO THE DISCRETION OF the pharmacy. How they work. THANK YOU to Matt manager at this location for his professionalism and most of all for caring and listening. Nothing like the rudeness at Safeway pharmacy at Oliver. My MLA OFFICE suggested that I shop around for a pharmacy. I did and can't be more grateful and satisfied. THANK YOU MATT and REXALL.

Really enjoy this Rexall location! I grew up in Lendrum across the way, when this used to be an IGA in the early 80’s. I no longer live in the area, but stopped in one day on my way to work. I dropped off a prescription at the pharmacy, and it was filled within 15 minutes flat. The pharmacist was kind and informative. While waiting, I strolled through the aisles and was surprised by all that Rexall has to offer. Surprisingly, their prices are very competitive also. Especially if you sign up for their “Well” program; made to compete with Optimum Rewards. I’ve since stopped in to shop a handful of times. Bright store and kept very clean. I now much prefer Rexall over Shoppers. Check it out!

I've never shopped here, but have been to the medicentre a couple of times. Although the wait times can be long, as is the case with a lot of other places, the service is decent - I would even say it's fairly good. Bonus for staying open late and for having a wide parking lot.

The people here are fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. I have a lot of complicated issues and they were the only pharmacist in the area that would actually take the time to get the materials I needed. They helped me with all my concerns and not once did I feel like I was taking to much time or asking a dumb question. Thank you all for making my health easier to handle and less of a hassle.

Hi maybe this will be my last time to go on this medicenter. Im not here to complain but Im here to give this place my feedback. I was here since 1: 30 get a number and set wait to call my number and after 5mins I didn't call, so I went towards the reception and ask. So they take my ID and Health card. Also my mom was here too to get a quick check up. We went here the same time as mine.and as of 5pm we haven't been checked yet. So sad, the doctors are pretty chill.doesn't have a goal to make for a day.

Was told the wait time is 1 hour. That was at 4: 30 pm. I signed in and went home (I live really close). I return at 530 and wait another hour. 630 comes and I'm taken into the dr office. 7pm he finally comes in and gives me a prescription; really quick. In and out, but now I'm waiting for my prescription and it is 730. That's 3 hours of waiting so far. Do not reccomend this place at all. Next time I would rather wait in the emergency room. 3 hours for a "walk-in clinic'. Unreal.

This is about Medicenter at Rexall! The timings told on website and everywhere. Saturday we reached there at 3 and closing time was 4 pm. We were told that doctor doesn't wants to see any patient anymore. It's better that they change timings to 1 hour less and so that way it's not inconvenient for us too and Doctors, rather then deceiving people in real need of a doctor to waste their time.

This Pharmacy is useless just called I'm to see if they can do anything about this nasty tasting medications they made. But the girl had a attitude just over a question. The worse Pharmacy. And another thing stomach medication isn't supposed to make people puke especially when they have history of severe acid reflux. My stomach is already mess up. It's like they only hire students here that don't know anything. Why they never give me information on my medicine they give me. Like there supposed to. Oh another if you guys don't like people swearing at you don't give them attitude when asking a question.

The pharmacy in specific is fantastic! I went in for a prescription and flu shot and I was in and out in 10 minutes or so. The staff are extremely personable and helpful.
