Rexall

Been dealing with the pharmacy for 6 mths and have been let down over and over. When your dealing with a life threatening illness and they think they can just say one thing then not complete what they were supposed to do then it's the paitents fault. Not impressed and will be taking business elsewhere. If your life depends on a pharmacy for your medication I would not recommend this Rexall.

I spoke with Ronda/Rhonda as my dad who is a senior gave his application near the deadline. She was able to help and find me a spot for the same day. She emphasized, listened and acknowledged the situation. She is an ANGEL!

Don't advertise as a walk-in clinic on your own website if you don't accept walk-ins

It's a fairly simple concept

I called this location to inquire about a prescription refill as I had one left and the Rexall pharmacy where I had originally filled the prescription (Athabasca Medical Centre) was closed. The prescription number was not in their system and when I spoke to someone in the pharmacy they were very impatient and dismissive. I got the distinct impression that they had absolutely no interest in helping me.

Was here at the Rexall next to bethel transit terminal yesterday morning - So me and my spouse were here yesterday morning to get our 1st dose of covid - 19 vaccine no appointment was needed - Just walk in and get it done type of basis - For the covid - 19 passport see picture #2 for details (Covid - 19 Shots No Apportionment Needed) (Fast Service) (Good Location) (No 100$ shot insensitive) (Moderna Shots) Note we didn't not receive the 100$ one time shot insensitive as you needed to have an existing Alberta Health account witch was down when I tried to apply - But to us it's wasn't about that 100$ bribe anyways

The ladies that served me, including Alanna, were so kind, up beat, friendly and overall the experience was just positive!

I recently moved to Sherwood Park and made my first visit to the medical clinic in the Rexall Drugs. I was very impressed with the lady at the sign in desk and very happy with the lady who cleaned my ear wax so gently but efficiently. I always end up finding some great things in the drug store on my way out. Would definitely return.

The Pharmacy - they are on the ball. Spoke and dealt with Ryan. He knew exactly what I was asking for on the phone, he was empathetic, got me a fast answer, offered the text option.quick and awesome. I also dealt with a gal that explained how to use a monitor.she was also very knowledgeable, patient and on the ball. Really great team.

I always have the best customer service from this branch! Special mention to Carmen of the post office and Zachary at the main till. Everyone is so kind and friendly. It's always a pleasant experience in this Rexall branch.

Post office is supposed to open at 9 a.m. Apparently only one person can open the postal area and she didn't bother to show up until 9: 15! Ridiculous. They should train more people, they should lose the Canada Post outlet and/or she should lose her job! She didn't even bother to apologize to the 4 people in line waiting!

Great Pharmacy and lots of selection on items. Fairly clean, and staff are helpful and respectful when treated fairly. Advisable to check the best before dates on your items before you buy them just in case. Not sure how the return policies are but you can call them if you get curious. There is also a medi center located in the back of the store.

I have been going to this location for years and they are truly wonderful. Always friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond to assist you. Thank you guys so very much.

Staff are pretty friendly and the shelves are always very well stocked. There is also a great variety of stock as well. I personally have not used their pharmacy but have heard great and bad things but mostly good. The walk in clinic here is fantastic but often times there will be a long wait. Being cashed out at the till also will take a while even if there is only one person in line. Still a decent location to pick things up.

Hmm, funny how my last 1-star review doesn't show up! And here's another bad review on behalf of my daughter: when she goes in and asks for a referral to the Synergy clinic in Sherwood Park (a women's only clinic), why does the old MALE doctor at the Rexall walk-in say "no" having never seen her before and having never done a test on her whatsoever! If she wants to see a female specialist for her issues, what's it to him to write her a referral to the place she wants to go? Total jerk, and once again, this place is a absolute let down!

I don’t usually shop here, but I stopped in today to mail a package. The lady on the till, who I think is named Maddy, was so incredibly nice! Very personable and sincere - she made my day a little bit brighter:). Way to go

We always have good service here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes the pharmacy wait seems long.

Usually pretty quiet here. Has everything you need in a drugstore. Also, a great place to get your flu shot - when it is that time of year.

It is a good location to shop.employees are knowledgeable. I often use this location for postal services.

I am absolutely let down by the service Rexall medical centre provided. One of my closest friends came into the centre looking for some answers of a medical condition that he has. Not only did the doctor give rude and unsatisfactory advice, they also were extremely slow to give him results and any testing whatsoever. My friend then went to a different doctors office. The doctor was blown away that his results and testing were not rushed, because his condition was very serious.
I advise no one to go here, and to take extreme caution when seeking a knowledgeable and caring medical professional.
