What a horrible experience here. The cashier DOES NOT BE TRAINED ALL THE REXALL?
I came here to verify my tickets. The cashier name was 'KARLENE'. She pushed the valid button and she said she doesn't have cash right now. And she started to blame it to me.kidding me? If she knows that she doesn't have enough cash, why does she validate my ticket. I can't believe she complained it to me. Also I bought some stuffs I wanted to pay by credit (I kept said I have a credit), she didn't ask me and proceeded to pay by cash. So she just gave me cash after minus my stuffs' price. After that, she also told me that I didn't ask to pay by credit and she didn't know how to undo it. I lost my words. Terrible experience. I won't visit here anymore. This person definitely needs to be trained again.

I had a very bad experience at this Pharmacy. I went for grocery shopping after submitting my prescription and came back after 1 and a half hour and my prescription where is still not ready.
The pharmacist said that out of 4 medications 2 needs to be ordered for next day.so I took my prescription to a pharmacy across the street called Harvest Hill pharmacy. Pharnacist there was very proficient and made the prescription ready to go in literally 7 mins. So happy with Harvest hill pharmacy. Everyone near harvest hills needs to get their medications here.

This is the worst pharmacy. I never write reviews but I am consistently disappointed everytime I come here. In addition to the pharmacy never having what I need, being super slow. The actual store is very bad as well. They advertise that they sell bus tickets but don't try to get them after 8pm because they lock them up an hour before they close. Then they will lie to you and say that they have sold out. Just terrible customer service. I used to go there all the time and now I only go when I have to and dread every minute of it.

Only reason I don’t give it a 1 star is because the ladies at the front check out are usually pretty nice. But the post office is disappointing. They should consider updating the hours if they aren’t going to be open from 9 am to 9 pm as they claim. I went there at 8pm and it was closed. Okay, I go again around 5pm, closed again. I asked the staff and even they didn’t know the clear hours of when they closed. They just said come again tomorrow they “SHOULD” be opened till nine…. Waist of time and gas.

The person (Mojdeh) helping us literally clocked out as she was helping us. We were filling in our mailing address and when we asked for the second lady at the clerk, she told us to line up again with a snobby attitude. She told us she can’t help us bc there were people in line - which I completely understand but WE WERE IN LINE. We waited in line for 20 minutes ALREADY. It was your coworker who told us to step out of line to help fill in our mailing information. So with a total of 2 times in line and a total of 40 minutes wasted, we left 1 star with bad attitude, poor communication between co workers and just straight up Mojdeh leaving her shift while she was helping her customers out. Wow

Completely incompetent. They can't even fill my regular prescriptions without errors or not having basic meds in stock every time. Every single time there is a wait because every prescription seems to have an error. Staff sit chatting instead of having multiple people filling prescriptions. I will never be returning now that my refills are done. Waste of time and unprofessional.

Disgusting! The door was slammed in my face after I was asking questions after they closed the doors 10 minutes early to the closing time. Will never go there again.

When Rachel is not working this place is just a mess.pharmacist is quite arrogant and there is always something with my order. Why is so easy getting a prescription right way when she works and why so difficult with the other reps?

The staff is very rude in this location. Like they didn't even want to give you a moment of their time. Serves my right for stopping by to attempt and pick up some essentials. This entire mini-mall areas seems to be a horrible dead-end for bad service, quality, and morale.

Great selection of goods including supplements not carried in other stores.
Lots of goods with sale prices. Staff are very helpful with the location of items in the store.

Came in to buy lotto, cashier asked for my ID. I have her my ID she then proceeds to ask if im 25 (shes looking at my id) i said no. She then tells me you have to be 25 to purchase lottery (last time i checked it was 18). I then politely told her the other rexalls accepts my id (im 23) and she tells me "go ahead" (rude tone) to go to the other stores. I dont mind if you have to be 25 to buy lotto from this place but if youre having a bad day, dont take it out on the customers.

Asked for something that might work. But I still got this bag. Made no difference and got charged. Cashier knew that the stuff is heavy. Still for me for something useless.

Phoned-in to pick up a prescription, the lady said I have to wait 1 hour. I show up exactly an hr and STILL had to wait 15min. AND then she's super rude about it after! Jeez literally the worst service I've ever had.that lady is terrible!

For the past 5 months this pharmacy has been incorrectly charging my insurance, meaning I have to pay out of pocket and claim it later. I was lead to believe that my insurance plan was the issue but when I called them (for the 5th time) they told me the claim wasn’t even made to the proper account. I explicitly told them which old insurance plans to remove from my profile and they haven’t even done it. They also made me pay for 90 days of medication even though they only had supply for 20. So I had to pay upfront for medication I am not even receiving?
Honestly take your prescription needs elsewhere. There are tons of mom and pop pharmacies that would love your service compared to this joke of a corporation.
On top of that I just found out upon getting home that they gave me the wrong dosage.

Rude staff. How can you justify closing all bathrooms to the public? This place will never get another dollar from my family.

Do not go here if you are getting a prescription medication. I waited for more than one hour just to have one medication. I do not understand why it takes so long even though they are not too busy.

Have had two terrible experiences with both of the Canada Post workers at this Rexall. Overall, very unfriendly and very unhelpful. My family and I just moved to this area a few months ago and, since COVID-19, have been coming to this location to mail packages and letters. I get that it’s stressful around the Holidays but both workers raised their voices and have been rude to me.

Today, December 20th, I dropped off two packages 15 minutes before they closed. There was a customer behind me and all he wanted was to mail a letter and they refused him service even though it was only 4: 45pm? Poor guy. I understand that people want to get home to their families but show some sympathy to those who want to send things to family who aren’t in Calgary.

My family got our Flu Shots here and the pharmacy staff was extremely nice! The cashiers and the employees at the cosmetics department are all bright and cheery. This 1 star rating is not to them. 5 stars for the rest of the staff! It’s a shame that the Canada Post ladies bring down the whole environment. Will continue to spend my money at Rexall but will not be using this Canada Post service anymore.

I would rate 0 if it allows me to. The inside Canada post lady gives customers with crazy weird attitudes. In the first place, she refused to provide help to check a parcel (which later my nice neighbour returned to me because they misplaced it in my neighbour’s mail box), that lady yelled me and lied to me said she can’t find any tracking information on system. However, I went to nearby shoppers Canada post, all the parcel information is in their system. She shouldn’t ever work for a public service place. This is NOT the first time.

I would give negative stars if that was an option. Terrible customer service. Cashiers are rude and arrogant.

Bad staff! They overcharged me and ask me to bring the product back to do the refund! What? ! And bad management! The manager there doesn't know the SCOP! And said they don't have that policy. They always get wrong price and overcharged! Be careful!

Every time I go into this store to buy cosmetics the lady in charge of that aisle follows me around like a hawk.and then asks me if I need help.which would have been nice if I hadn't noticed a lady of a different race not getting any attention on one occasion (poor her!). I have called the store thrice to complain and ask why they have cameras if they still feel the need to follow people around.especially visible minorities like me. I think the lady in charge of their cosmetic aisle needs diversity training.that there are all shades of people who are honest and all shades who aren't. I don't plan to keep shopping here at this point. I think I will stick to Shoppers Drug Mart down the road, where I have shopped for some ten years and never been treated that way.

Worst place ever! This is my first time coming in to do lotto. I sign my ticket and handed it to the cashier. I heard the music saying I won but I knew I won since I scanned it before and I cash it in and went to grab my old ticket. Not only did she not want to release it to me but she was going to rip it. I have every right to keep my winning ticket not ripped up. I told her if she ripped my ticket I will scream at her. She called for a manager and that manager was super rude and reluctant to come out. Then when she finally came I said I want my ticket without you guys vandalizing it. But she was soooo rude she ripped it in front of me and said to bad and I wasn’t allowed my winnings. You know it’s not a lot of money just $2 but still not the point. It’s still money.

Incompentent staff, poorly managed.

Horrible pharmacist, called in to ask if they had any syringe tips. Instead of just answering my question or looking for me I got a very snappy, “What do you need them for” and I replied why does that matter? To get a reply of well we don’t have any in that size and hung up on. I find this Insane, the syringe tips are for a family friend who lives on a farm. They needed large gauge tips to use on his livestock. But hey apparently Rexal discriminated against assumed drug users.
