The cashier Indian girl (may be) with long hair is so sweet. She was so professional while dealing with the customers in the line. Overall, everyone in the store are so humble and kind, each passing staff would stop and ask the customers for assistance. I love shopping here

These guys used to be good. However, the pharmacy has been terrible lately. They are charging me before confirming a purchase. They aren't getting meds to me on time, and they act like it's a grievance to call me by my preferred name.

I bought a lipstick from this store and I just used it once and it made my lips super dry; so I had to use healing lip balms to cure my cracked lips. I went to the store 2-3 days after and they said they won't refund it because it's used. Even if this is true, they should mention it on the receipt and the staff should have courtesy when saying this statement.

Avoid the Canada Post at this Rexall at all costs. I waited 15 minutes for the postal clerk to come to the counter at 10 am, then she was so dazed and confused she couldn't understand me. If you are so stoned when you show up at work that you can't function, you don't deserve a government-subsidized job.

I just don't want to let this day go by without giving a BIG THANK YOU TO THE LADIES AT THE PHARMACY who helped me with my request yesterday.

I was just racially profiled, followed, cursed out and yelled at by this locations "lost prevention" and all I did was walk in the store to pick up a prescription like I always di and haven been doing for years now. So to any person of color, please be careful if you choose to go to this location. You will be racially profiled and treated like a criminal without doing anything, just walk in.

The staff at this rexall pharmacy went above my expectations when I had questions. Great service.

I shop here 3 times a week. Pure convenience, I live nearby. Honestly it is the worst experience. Despite the fact that the staff have known me for the 6 years I've been shopping at this location. Their "undercover security" watches me constantly. Who wants to spend when they are being watched purchasing sometimes personal items? The store Manager is a quite high-strung and has the ability to make you cower like their amazing staff. He is arrogant, sarcastic and boasts the world's worst tone and delivery. I'll still go, again, pure convenience. But I'll hate it, oh man I'll hate it.
