I have no idea how they are able to thrive with such a bad customer service. I called first and was unable to speak to anyone. Then I had to book an appointment to see and test the chairs (!) so I gave them 1hr window when I could show up because of the traffic and the business I'm running. They didn't like that, I was told to call 20min prior to see if there is anyone available. So I did and I ended up calling a number of times, with no luck, hitting their voicemail each time. I'll bring my business elsewhere but it's a shame they are the only steelcase chairs dealer in Calgary.

They don’t reply to forms submitted through the website. You need an appointment to see or buy a simple chair. Crazy!

Karlie and the team at RGO were awesome to deal with. Great prices and they were able to get our blinds shipped and installed ahead of schedule (which is a miracle in this day and age). I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for Hunter Douglas in the Calgary area.

Mike Juristy is our go to guy over at RGO. We have dealt with him for our office furniture for about 5 years now, and they have been great to deal with, even with warranty claims over the pandemic.

Amazing to deal with. Karlie went above an beyond for us. We love our new window coverings. They even managed to get them installed for us on possession day in our new build. Fantastic!

Love my wobble stool from RGO. It is well made, looks great and you can adjust the height. It was well worth the couple more dollars than the wobbly stools found on other websites. Mike Juristy was great and went out of his way to make sure I got my stool when it arrived.

Moving can be a hassle but, working with the RGO team made the process seamless. The RGO operations team came in, quickly moving everything over. Chelsea and Jose were great at providing information and the resources we needed.

Chelsea went above and beyond to help our team! She even stayed late (an hour and a half after close!) to ensure we had everything sorted out. I was in the market to buy a new chair for my office / computer room and Mike Juristy helped me find an excellent choice. I was impressed with his knowledge of the various products RGO carried, which helped narrow down my choices based on the features I was looking for. Their showroom also allowed me to see & try each model firsthand. I couldn't be happier with with his level of expertise and service, and would highly recommend Mike!

Needed a top notch chair for working from home and Mike was able to help me order what I was looking for, communication was great and pickup of the chair was easy! If I need other office Items I will be hitting up Mike every time first! Can't recommend him and RGO enough!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Robyn Sherman who was exceptionally helpful and resourceful in selecting the office furniture for our renovated office space. We ended up get some height adjustable desks for our flex workspace together with some comfortable and sharp looking Steelcase Cobi stools. We outfitted our bar height huddle station with the same chairs and upgraded the fabric using a bright cyan to provide a splash of colour that also corresponds with our corporate colours. We ended up getting some additional furniture to add to our existing RGO furniture from 7 years ago and added a Coaless Millbrae sofa that they had in their showroom. The furniture purchase was the final piece of the puzzle that ties everything together making the space both stylish and functional.

Chelsea-Rayne and Robyn were recently involved in the selection of a junior size desk chair for my 10 year old granddaughter. Robyn’s initial help in providing photos by text for me was very helpful due to my vision disability. Chelsea -Rayne was our personal contact at the RGO building to view the various chairs selected.having worked with Chelsea-Rayne on a recent home relocation.it was great to visit with her again and her knowledge and expertise in the selection of this junior desk chair was excellent. The great team work of introduction of product by Robyn and the follow through by Chelsea-Rayne was most appreciated. Chelsea-Rayne’s personable and professional manner with such attention to detail was exemplified in both of our experiences with her whether a large job like our house or a single junior desk chair.it was an experience that provided great attention to detail, , follow through, and delivery of an excellent product.and the pleasure of working in an environment that you know will be a very helpful and positive experience. I’m giving sales associate Chelsea a five star review for helping us and honestly I would give her more if that was an option! My business partner and I were in a huge bind needing a whole office full of furniture on a tight timeline and Chelsea stayed behind an extra 45 minutes after normal business hours just to make sure that we found a solution that worked for us! I purchased several SteelCase Gesture chairs from RGO Calgary and was very pleased with the level of customer service, assistance with loading and the quality of the product. Best ergonomic chair I have ever sat on and highly recommend.

Very happy with my experience with RGO. Ordered a Steelcase chair and an AMQ 6x6 L-shape sit/stand desk. The service I received from the entire RGO team has been excellent. The whole kit came to a hair over $2k, including delivery and install.

Been using the setup for over a month now with zero complaints.

We made an appt to go in, sat in a bunch of chairs, and made our picks. They handled everything else.

Special thanks to Ron and the installation crew!

10/10, would give them my money again.

I ordered a Steelcase chair through RGO. I needed to upgrade my home office due to the pandemic. After browsing the Steelcase site to decide on which model & colour I wanted, I contacted RGO to have it ordered. It's much cheaper than ordering through Steelcase directly!

Bella was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She made the process easy and convenient, and the chair even arrived a day sooner than expected, fully assembled! I would recommend RGO to anyone else looking to upgrade their home office.

This place is a ghost ship. Made the 90 minute round trip here for nothing. Stood outside for 20 minutes trying to get ahold of someone and was eventually turned away because apparently you need to make an appointment days ahead of time and fill out some sort of paperwork. Not sure why RGO can’t accommodate like every other business (including the 3 other office furnishing suppliers I’ve visited) but it’s apparent they have absolutely no respect for their customers time. Would have thought that office furniture suppliers would be clambering for new business at this point but I guess not. Wouldn’t be surprised to see these guys out of business in 6-12 months.
