RH Edmonton The Gallery at Southgate Centre

My wife had a terrible experience today. She walked into the store and the staff was not friendly at all, they all stood in a lil group gossiping. They did not approach my wife or say anything to her. She is pregnant and sat on a chair for a break and they gave her a dirty look. She overhead them say "why do people even come in here if they can't afford it". I don't know how they can tell if someone can afford something or not. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The furniture is expensive, sold as high quality furniture but is made from low end components. Several of my pieces have failed within a very short period of time - including separated wood joints in bar stools and failing seats in upholstered dining chairs. High quality chairs are constructed from jute webbing, my RH chairs have low end quality elastic webbing that is not durable.
