Had rhino coming for 9: 30 in the morning.phoned him at 12: 30 pm said he couldn't do the job no phone call explaining why he was going to be late no nothing

Ryan at Rhino heating squeezed me into his busy schedule to come find and repair a leak for me the next morning after calling him at 7: 30pm in a panic. The leak had water falling from my second floor bathroom, through the wall and into the basement was completed as soon as possible. Very honest and up front about costs, very attentive to the entire picture to ensure prevention of other potential hazards and being overall pleasant and professional to work with. Highly recommend!

We needed to use Rhino Plumbing in an emergency situation. I was extremely impressed with their prompt response, quick diagnosis and quality workmanship. My problem was fixed within 2 hours of making the call and I called 10 minutes before closing, hoping for a time the next day. Very impressed!

Very impressed with the Rhino plumbing team. This is the second occurrence where I have used Ryan and his guys and feel that it was appropriate to give them the props they deserve.

My first experience was replacing a hot water tank. I had call some of the bigger plumbing companies and between their rates and schedule I would have found myself at a huge liability. The tank was far gone and needed an immediate replacement and simply could not wait. I had resorted to kijiji and as most of us know can be a tough place to secure a real contractor. I had called about 5 before getting ahold of Rhino. My initial buzz was the way they had conducted themselves on the phone. Ryan was super friendly and had no immediate concerns of being a price check or if it was a really job - which was a lot of the feed back I had gotten from other “contractors” ryan was there the next day and got the hot water tank install for the most cost effective price and from what I can tell a high quality install.

The second occurrence was to repair a furnace that had randomly gone down on the Sunday during this last warm stretch. When I had initially called, Ryan had attempted to trouble shoot the issues over the phone and was confirming sequencing of fire up and was able to narrow the potential issues. Since the issues exceeded my comfort zone for repairs Ryan made a prompt early morning schedule due to the upcoming -30 temps coming he came out just in the nick of time and got it started. I also want to mention that he still journeyed to my property in horrendous road conditions to perform this repair.

I truest feel that without Ryan and Rhino plumbing I would not have gotten the service, cost and results I needed.

After searching the entire city for a 75gal hot water tank to replace mine I came across rhino plumbing, Ryan was very professional and new of a place that had the exact tank I was looking for. I was out of town and my tank quit working, Ryan got the tank out to the house and replaced in no time. The service is excellent and quality top notch. I called Ryan first thing this morning when I realized my furnace wasn't working properly. He was able to make a same day appointment and even double checked that I had alternative heat so my house wouldn't freeze up before he could get here.

Once here he was friendly and knowledgeable and able to get my heat going within a few minutes. He was also able to offer suggestions for the future and is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling him again if I have any future concerns.

Rhino plumbing was so helpful, Ryan tried to help us trouble shoot our hot water tank on the weekend when it broke, and when we couldn’t get it to work got us in right away and had it replaced! I hired Ryan last summer to install a new hot water tank when ours started leaking slowly. His price was significantly less than the large furnace guys pricing and he was able to book us in quickly. We were very impressed with his work. He was very honest and efficient and since that install we hired him again to set up our gas line for our BBQ and also he helped me troubleshoot my furnace that shut off suddenly. Unbelievable service and professionalism! We were in a real bind with a frozen sump discharge pipe. Called multiple places and no one would touch the issue. We even had another company out that was supposed to be specialized in basement water removal that couldn't fix it.
