I have been seeing Dr. Rae for about half a year to help with regulating my hormones after going off birth control and to help with fertility issues I was experiencing. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she is very thoughtful and has a comforting quality about herself that can’t be matched by others. It can be a hard process trying to regulate your hormones, but Dr. Rae was always checking in with me on how I was feeling physically and mentally. Infertility can be an isolating experience as well, but she supported me through every visit. I still can’t say enough on how much she helped me. I have and will always recommend Dr. Rae to anyone looking for a holistic approach to their health.

Dr Rae helps with all of the things that affect my sense of well-being but that western medicine (my family dr) can’t help with. During times of stress, when anxieties are high or my stomach feels just a bit off - anything mild or “unexplainable”. Whether it be calming down or stoking the fire or anything in between. When I don’t know what I need, Dr Rae gives me the insight and a place to start.

I’ve been seeing Dr Rae for acupuncture/cupping for a few years now and have nothing but amazing things to report. I recently had a baby and at the 2nd trimester mark I started experiencing back pain. After going to see her just ONCE my back pain was completely gone. I saw her throughout the rest of my pregnancy and did not experience any back pain at all (apart from that expected with childbirth). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for pain relief from any injury or chronic pain. She is your gal.

I wasn’t really sure about acupuncture and I really didn’t see a benefit for it. However then I met Rae and she is a GAME changer (She holds magic powers haha) She is so knowledgeable, listens to you and takes her time making sure she focuses on your recovery. She has really helped me achieve a better balance with my pain management i highly recommend seeing her!

I have been seeing Dr. Rae since February 2020 when I came to her with a torn hip flexor. I could barely walk.after seeing her every week for several weeks, I could walk again. I also see her for arthritis in my upper neck and for pain management in my lower back due to spondylolisthesis. I would recommend that anyone who has never tried acupuncture before to give it a go. The needles and cupping don’t hurt. I have the best naps while looking like a pincushion. No joke!

I had never had acupuncture before but after getting diagnosed with carpel tunnel I was willing to try anything. Rae was super professional and easy to be around. She did a number of different treatments that hurt quite a bit.but.as soon as she was done and I got back in my car I was pain free. In fact, I was pain free for at least 6 weeks after the session before anything started to creep back in. She is flexible and really helps you get down to the root of any problem. I will continue to go back for pain management.

Dr Rae has been a lifesaver! I started seeing her 10 months ago to help with symptoms from a couple concussions. After a few appointments with her I went from having daily headache to now 10 months later being essentially symptom free. She is super easy to talk to, having never visited an acupuncturist before she was able to answer all my questions, and has done an unreal job helping me navigate through these concussions.

Rae is a miracle worker. I’m constantly causing myself overuse injuries and I can count on her to have my body fixed feeling pain free and mobile if I’m in trouble.

What I appreciate the most from Dr. Rae LaBerge is how detailed her questions are as she gets to the root of the problems. This shows me that she is passionate, knowledgeable and wants to help you. After every appointments I had with Dr. LaBerge, bit by bit, I noticed my injury was making progress and this makes me smile every time.
