Had an issue with sink drain. Called Richfield and they responded the next day. The Technician identified himself and was very courteous. He inspected the area then started his work. He did not solved the problem but was able to identify the issue. He called another company and they resolved the issue. The problem was a blockage and ice build up due to the extreme cold weather. If no ice issues I would call Richfield again for any plumbing issues.

Eric, the tech that came in to look at the issue, was professional and thorough. Discussed any issues and options on what was needed or could wait. No pressure sales tactics. Would definitely recommend

Was professional and courteous. I had my kitchen faucet replaced and had routine maintenance done to my furnace. He gave my whole house a look over and gave advice on things that were good or needed attention in the future and answered all my questions and did a good job to explain everything to me. Aswell as a good job replacing my faucet. Would use Richfield again for my plumbing or furnace needs.

My interior spigot was dripping, Steve came out, explained what my materials were and how I can deal with them. I appreciated learning and understanding better my home and how to take care of it. The inspection he gave showed me very helpful items that we were not aware of, even having been in this house for 5+ years. I had a small gas leak in my furnace, they came out to the house quickly and dealt with it. They were on time, polite and professional! The plumber was able to fix a small leak in my hot water tank as well. Cleaned everything up and the price was great!
