I had a very good experience with this company, I found a couch set that I really liked and couldn’t pick up right away, I put the deposit down and they reassured me on multiple occasions that my couches will be there and ready to pickup when I was able to. Finally got my couches today and I’m supper happy! Definitely recommending this company to family and friends!

my folks bought a sectional couch for $1699.00, a) doesnt sit properly on floor when connected, b) stitching coming apart, c) they dont tell you its a 3 DAY WARRANTY,

So we bought a couch chair and loveseat from here on boxing day. Firstly got a phone call after I left saying someone in Calgary bought the couch that I ordered already but I could buy the floor model if I liked, so I agreed. I wasn't driving back the same afternoon so he said it would be ready on wendsday because they are not open Tuesdays and that they are open from 10-5 again Wendsday. So on our way into town this morning I texted the number that has previously texted me that we were on our way to pick up the couches. Keep in mind we drove two vehicles into town a half hour to be able to haul the set home. She replied sounds good. So I assumed when I arrived my set would be all wrapped and ready to go. It was not. It was still sitting in the showroom with a sold sign on it. We waited another 20 minutes for her to finish with another customer to be told it will take an hour for the delivery guy to get there plus time to wrap it. By this point my husband was beyond annoyed and said well than you can deliver it or I'd likey money back. We were told no refunds and would not give us a higher ups number to call. In the end we did get our refund but not with much back and forth. Highly do not recommend this place. Definitely a hokey business.

Came in within half an hour of them closing and walked out with a gorgeous sectional. Thanks a lot guys!

Went in at the end of the day and was treated amazingly sales reps went above and beyond and I found exactly what I was looking for at an amazing price.

This place has the worst customer service ever! Do not buy anything from this store. They do not even back there own product. We bought a bed frame, from them. It came with the wrong bolts and some of the threads were already wrecked! They will not take this bedframe back, nor give us our money back! My husband even tried to get the right parts from them and they wouldn't help him out! They are extremely unprofessional, just rip off artists.

Got a very good reception at the store. Their prices are great! Bought my couch from them.
