A great place to eat in a sports atmosphere. The service and food were delicious. All in all a relaxed atmosphere.

Horrible experience when I was here. Service is slow, and we were ignored for a while before menus were brought.
The food and pizza that I have seen praise for was Horrible.

Good food, great staff and well made drinks! The environment is super chill, just be there early if you want a seat on a game night!

I have lived in Calgary since 1976 and for some reason, I had never made it here until now. I saw at least 3 people I know, and had a wonderful meal, washed it down with some cold iced tea. The service was marvelous and I just really love the look of this place. Would love to experience some live music here!

Didn’t even get a chance to try the food. We just walked out after being actively ignored for 10 minutes. People who came in after us got drinks and had food orders taken while the waitress avoided all eye contact. Cannot believe the lack of service. Even acknowledging us would go a long way.

This place is incredible. Reasonable pricing, top tier food. Nothing to hate about it. Get the stuffed cheese buns when you visit

Excellent food and great service. One of the best Sports bar in Calgary for atmosphere and entertainment. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Julie is a fantastic server, she gets to know you so quickly and makes fast friends. Would come here alone to have her everytime. Great food great service would recommend to anyone.

Kiana is our favourite server. I've been coming here for years since I live nearby. She's been one of the nicest servers I've met! She took very good care of my boyfriend & I. Thank you so much Kiana for being such a great server to us

Great service, food is good, drinks are good. They allow dogs on the patio during patio weather

Went in Saturday, not super busy in there so we thought shouldn’t be a problem to get service. Sat down at a booth with my wife waited probably 15 minutes and no one came and even acknowledged the fact we were there. Made eye contact and said hello to at least two servers. We ended up walking out and still no one even thought to say anything to us. I could understand a bit of a slower response if the pub was crazy busy, but it was half empty at the time we were there. Not impressed.

Our local sports and entertainment bar. Always a great vibe here, amazing food and great staff.

Tonight I was eating chicken wings and took a big bite out of a completely raw wing! Besides the fact that it was disgusting, raw chicken is a huge health risk and I’m hoping I don’t get severe food poisoning from this. Please be careful eating here and avoid the chicken!

Great service. Accommodated us really well considering there was about 16 of us. I enjoyed the humour they have set out on the way to the washrooms. I'd like to go back at a less busy time. Great pub

We always enjoy our lunches at Richmond and appreciate the consistent, friendly, attentive service.
One item I routinely enjoy is the turkey club (presented as a wrap), but my last visit, there was hardly any turkey (like one slice) and it definitely did not taste prepared in-house (if it was, it was certainly not to past standard). I basically had a veggie wrap with turkey slice garnish.
I get food prices are up and corners need to be cut, but I wonder if lifting this item from the menu until it can be delivered in it's usual tasty awesomeness?

I usually have a good experience here. I love the pizza and the wings. Unfortunately last night I came for wing night, and waited 1 hour for my wings. They took them off the bill, but wings were on special, so taking care of the $5 they would have cost didn't make much if a difference.

Our favorite local pub to watch the game, grab a bite and have some dessert. Seriously, that key lime cheesecake is to die for.

Ordered the Brisket grilled cheese and it was Deeeeelicious. Brisket was tender and juicy. Fries were a perfect crisp, not too salty. Gravy was. Service was great!

Although the place was understaffed, communication between staff was horrible.

Server "didn't hear us" for our order. When we flagged down another, our message wasn't relayed and our order was forgotten about. Over an hour for a pitcher of beer and a pizza?

I know the hospitality business has taken a hit as I'm also a cook but this was seriously dissapointing in terms of service.

Food and drinks were amazing but the service was TERRIBLE! I was served by a lady named Alex who looked like she was still up partying from the night before.her eyes were very red and dialated.she tried to charged us for drinks that we never received and was overall quite rude. Deffinantly not a great first experience to my new local bar.

What a wonderful evening! Our server, Becky, was an extremely competent and cheerful person.
We had the chicken burger and turkey club house and both were very delicious! The chicken burger is quite large and you have to be very hungry to finish it!
There is a lot of draught beer to choose from and we enjoyed the P49 lager and Railyard IPA.

You changed your fries. Bring back the correct shoe string fries as that’s your staple. I have been a patron for over 10 years please rectify as your staff tells us you don’t listen.
