I came in today after having a rough time at another clothing store. Scarlet met me with a smile and was so helpful and kind. Simran helped me with blazers that were too high for my reach. I wouldn’t normally post a review like this, but I had a very stressful night trying to find a blazer for an event tomorrow and the staff were so helpful and I left with 4 pieces of clothing that I love. Thanks a million!

I find shopping at Ricki’s to be quite an enjoyable experience.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff who are not intrusive or pushy.
The day that I went in to shop unbeknownst to me, everything in the store was buy one get one free!
As well Ricki’s gifted me with a $10.00 coupon for my upcoming birthday. I definitely will continue to support this retail store.

Great customer service from Pam, nothing was too much trouble for her, I was impressed. This has always been a favorite store of mine, then we moved away, but when I can, I make sure to drop in. I got a cute little jacket from there, they didn't have my size, but Pam made sure to look in the back, and found one. It fits well, looks good, and the price, was 50% off!

I stopped in for a quick look and discovered this really beautiful sweater, on sale for $14.99. When I brought it up to the service desk, I was surprised to discover I had a $5.00 credit on my Ricki's account so, applied that to total and got a great sweater for $10.00, regularly $56.99.

Love Rickis! Im always greeted when I enter and told their promotions! The store is organized and clean. Employees are helpful and call you by name. The clothes are fair priced and good quality! Love their accessories! You can return/exchange anything as long as the tags are still on!

I was there Monday, March 25,2019 briefly, while, I had some time left before my Sephora appointment. I'm Aboriginal and the sales woman felt it was needed to follow me everywhere I went. I'm not one to steal and honestly make way more than a sales person. There is no need for this disgrace of service. I was looking for a nice dress to buy and never stepping into this location again.

This branch is the best in Edmonton. Been going here for years even though I live across town. This trip it was Sandra that helped me out, she's lovely and got me set up, happy and out the door without a zillion depressing things that didn't work. Cheers team, you rock!

I walked into this store overwhelmed but determined to get an outfit or two to help me on my transformation into motherhood. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the sales associates name but she was god sent! She walked with me throughout the entire store, loaded me up into the changeroom, kept looking for suggestions and I left the store feeling like a million bucks! I have never experienced such amazing service and with passion too. She knew her pairings, she listened to react not listen to just listen. She made me feel confident in my new body:)
