Ricki’s in the (Grande) Prairie Mall definitely gets Five Stars! This lovely ladies-wear store is MY go-to Boutique for EVERY Occasion! Michelle & her staff make us feel so welcome and the styles and atmosphere are just Fantastic! I’m like a walking Advertisement with my closet nearly entirely Ricki’s Label:) Everything for Young Ladies, Office-Appropriate, After-hours: Dates & Socializing, Everyday Fun & Comfortable, and The Classy & Chic! Even clothes for Church/Kingdom Hall Meetings…. (NEVER anything dowdy!). Excellent customer Service and we never feel rushed & never, ever feel pressured. The Staff is knowledgeable and always very helpful and for those times when I’m shopping alone…. I never feel Alone! And their NEW LOOK is WOW! Yup…. Gorgeous…. Just Gorgeous!

The manager and the other lady that were working when I went in were probably the friendliest and most helpful people in retail that I have experienced in a very long time.

Friendly staff and great manager. They arnt joking when they say no sale is ever final! Customer satisfaction takes priority over sales. I havent had customer service as great at theirs in a long time

Its middle of november and Rickis has some amazing sales. I got 3 pairs of pants and 3 tops for $113.

Business casual, not the most unique wardrobe choices, but can usually find practical and versatile options for decent prices.

I was in this store last week, there were about 4 people working and not one would even see if I needed help
