Ricki's - Cross Iron Mills

I bought two pairs of the Stevie straight leg jeans. I had on the size I thought I needed but the associate checked out the fit and indicated the jeans have stretch and I should go down a size. She checked the fit on the smaller size and indicated it was good.
We chatted about the fit of the clothing and the fact that most of it is designed for women who have a shape to them.

All of the staff was so very friendly and helpful, thank you, so many retailers have no clue as to customer. My daughter also commented "they are always so helpful here". 10/10 service!

Today was my worst experience at Ricki’s! Ricki’s happens to be my favorite store but I will never again go to the Cross Iron location ever! They have me a fitting room which the door kept getting locked and the sales lady admitted there was an issue with the room. Why would they give the room to the customer knowing it had an issue and why don’t they fix the freakin door! Then I went to pay for my cloths and it read text Rickis and get 25 points. Well, there was a glitch in their system and could not do anything. Then they tell me that they have applied 25% as my items were on sale only to find out in the car that they did not apply the 25%. I ran back and instead of apologizing the salesclerk stated that it does not show on the receipt but the 25% was already applied. I asked for her manager to return all my items and redo my transactions! Yes, the 25 % was not applied. The assistant manager also had an attitude and should not be working there. The store does not look like it’s managed well as my it was the worst customer experience ever!

It was a good and nice quality of clothes my wife like it somuch and highly recommended for my family and friends thank you somuch we will comeback again soon thank you somuch

I always love Ricki's clearance deals. Yesterday, bought two off season winter jackets at good price. Every time I love to go to Ricki's.

The service was awesome, the system was glitchy. Was supposed to get 50% off tops, got 0%, 30% off dresses, got that, and $10 birthday credit, did not get.

I was in on Saturday. I always shop at the Rickis Core because it's closer. This store is a bit bigger. Their clothes are always nice but the thing that keeps me shopping there is the service. The woman that helped me was incredible, helped order stuff to my home because they didn't have my size. Every time I came out of the change room to show my partner something, a staff member was there to help and compliment and I left with a huge haul and feeling really good about myself. This is the type of service every store should strive for.

This store has the best customer service especially from the younger customer service folks.

Exchange of Christmas gift was easy and a positive experience. Always lots of help available.

Horrible! First time ever I went into the store to order a pants online. It's been 2 months they keep saying opening a case with Canada post.etc. I lost money and nothing! First time this had ever happened I highly so not recommend!

I like this Rickis location. It has everything and is nicely spaced which makes it easy to walk around in the store! Also the fitting rooms are bright and decently sized!

Was returning an item. The music was so loud the girl at the till couldn’t hear me talking. It took her a long time to process the return.

My sister and I like the lady who met us yesterday, she was so helpful, jolly, approachable and kind. We both had our birthday discount. I’ve been with Cleo and Rickys for years.

It took almost their entire staff (on the shift) to help me out with a online purchase price adjustment but still they couldn't figure it out. Wasted my lots of time.
But Market Mall did it easily and quickly.

The Cross Iron Rickis is my favorite rickis on the city. They have the best selection of products and the best customer service. They are always quick to help and start me a change room. The support throughout the shopping journey is amazing.

My sales lady was so helpful. She has first hand knowledge of the styles and offered great assistance.
