I really like the clothes I bought but I especially loved the service! Based on that one thing alone, I will be back

The lady that helped me with a return was so friendly and nice! The best customer service I’ve received in a long time!

Let me start off by saying I use to like shopping in this store its horrible and to say i have a few accounts under my name and points are on accounts which i didnt know exisited, I was told to contact customer service I did that well the lady that answered we ended up getting into a big fight she was yelling so i yelled back and it ended not well, i called the store and was told the manager was away and would they would make sure she called me when back to rectify this and its been over a week, the manager at this store has always been rude whenever we have went in there its almost like we are a bother to her, Barb is outstanding and very helpful she is great, i wont shop ever at this location and probably not ever step foot into a Rickis there customer service is horrible and its all my fault because there is several accounts under my name, accounts I have never opened or knew were there, this is Rickis fault but they wont take fault for it point the finger at the customer
. Save your money and shop elsewhere where they value you as a customer RICKIS this terrible customer service DO BETTER

I had such a great experience this past Saturday, October 14.
I had a lot of assistance, by many happy employees.
Anna mentioned the great sales and I bought a lovely wool jacket.

Nikki was great help with preparing a change room. She was very polite, and professional in ringing up my purchases. She also kindly offered me a purchase of a bag to carry my freshly purchased garments.

I want to give a shout out to Katanna. I spent a long time here today (close to 1 hour) ; went to the fitting room 4 times trying on multiple pieces of clothing; obviously struggling to find clothing that fits me. Katanna welcomed me the moment I walked into the store and was very patient and kind to me. She gave me time to browse around but was always available when I needed help/have questions. She made my experience so positive and wonderful! Thank you Katanna, you deserve a promotion! Kitty

Absolutely amazing staff. It’s one of the main reasons I go to southcenter. I love this RICKI’S location.

The selection was amazing, I found items in my size easily, also the associate that waited on me couldn't have been nicer!

Only gave 4 stars though because I find the selection/quality to be less than it used to be. Ricki's (as a whole) used to be my only go to for jeans, jean capri.but lately I find myself looking elsewhere for those items.

The sales person was wonderful. She was friendly and helpful. She checked to see if an item was available. She is an example of what an employee should be like.

The dales associate was extremely helpful and I found exactly what I wanted. Wi definitely shop there again.

It would have been nice to have been greeted when walking in. Finally after passing the til at 3 times, one of the associates said hello. Always had good customer service up until now.
