Ricki's - Bower Place

We visited the place in bower mall last dec 30th and trying to find a dress for new years eve. I found a dark green color. However, the sales lady with glasses on tells me i can try to fit the size small but she cannot sell it to me because it is reserve to someone else.so we left the store and try to find in another store but i really like that dress so the nextday morning dec 31st my husband alone bought the M size (dark green) hoping it will fit me (another sales lady assisted him and he said she was nice). But i tried it at home and it isn't look good on me. So we came back and try to exchange it with different design or another color (black). We are about to enter the shop on january 2nd and that sales lady who let me fit the S size on that day told Us:
" I dont have the Small size" literally that is her exactly greetings on us! And we told her maybe there is in black color so she was looking the sizes but told us there isn't Size S in black also and turn her back on us! I heard her talking in a rude/ sarcastic way since we came back. I know there is no small size so we want to exchange it with another color or design. Let us explore the store! Jeez, We just came and not yet inside the store and about to enter Ricki's. Like, Come on! Let us come inside first and ask us before you assume! Luckily there is another sales lady who assisted us and she told us that we can order exactly the same color (dark green) and it will come after 3-5days to pick up! She was very nice and had the ability to do customer service she help me order the size and color that I want and ordered it for me. Great customer service for that lady who ordered and do my bill. Thank you breanne

The thin lady with the long brown hair that assisted me was super friendly and helpful! She helps me every time I visit the store! Definitely a gem at that store!

The sales person I had was great. However, there was one girl, obviously on break, who came out of the back asking a co-worker if she wanted a drink. She had on a skimpy undershirt with her breasts hanging out the side and obviously no bra. I was horrified for her as she was oblivious. She left the store. She came back to work later with a black top over this undershirt, looking slightly better. I suggest someone address the wardrobe of staff. It was a very bad look/message for such a nice store.

Was feeling very deflated after looking at a few stores for interview clothes. I walked into this store and was greeted and helped right away by a nice girl wearing a teal long sleeve top today. I explained I was having a difficult time as I am quite petite. She was able to pick me out a blazer and a shirt that went perfect with my dress pants. She was very knowledgeable about products. I just wanted her to know she made my day and really made me confident for my interview. Thanks so much and sorry I didn’t catch your name!
