I was in the store today 23rd nov, 2022 between 3: 30-4pm and the there was two staffs they never said hi or greeted me instead were chatting with other customers even if they were browsing I took a jacket and a blazer but left it aside as I won’t pay at a store where staffs are racist it seems they don’t deserve my business. Before I used to buy so many work clothes from rickis and the girls and ladies seemed friendly not today though new faces

I've been meaning to write a review for quite sometime. I would like to THANK TERRY-LYNN for her patience when my mom returned a sweater, she received for Xmas. Terry-'Lynn spent quite some time with us, trying to suggest different items. TL is always pleasant/friendly EVERY time I'm in the store, tho I'm sure many customers are difficult - she has only been excellent, when I've had any dealing with her. I hope Cleo's/Ricki's know how lucky they are to have such a valued employee.

I tried to shop on Sunday. I didn't even make it in the door and the sales person pointed at me and yelled at me to sanitize my hands. She looked like Donald Sutherland from Invasion of the Body Snatchers the way she pointed and shrieked. I have never posted a negative review before but this woman needs lo learn some skills.

I stopped in at this location because I was looking for dress pants for work. This can be stressful because it can be hard to find reasonable priced clothes that will get ruined at work. So I was cranky when I first arrived at the store but the ladies that work here are fantastic and patient. I found a lot of pants for a amazing price with help. I would never had found such nice pants for this price if I didn’t have help from the super staff. I definitely have recommended this store to friends. Thank you again for your help and kindness.

I shopped on boxing day and had a wonderful experience with all the staff but especially with Terry-Lynn. I wasn't in the best mood, feeling like things weren't flattering me and just kinda frustrated. But because of the excellent service and fit suggestions I ended up finding a bag full of beautiful clothes. And even ordered a sweater that I loved but they had sold out of my size. Fast forward to this week, I picked up my order and picked up a few more amazing deals because they have insane markdowns in January! Selection is amazing and staff has been 100% service. Highly highly recommend this p and Terry-Lynn as your fit expert!

Horrible staff, I came in to look for a jacket today and this lady who works there had so much attitude for no reason. I wanted this jacket but it was a little bigger so I asked if they had a smaller size and she suggested that I should try a different store. So I was looking around then she comes again to say try’s different location about like 4 TIMES, I was in the store for like 3 minutes only. The whole experience was just terrible, really felt like I wasn’t welcomed.

I love this store they have alway the perfect size for small woman's and of course they have larger size for heavier Woman. Very pleased with their prices. Lots of discount this Week.

Bad experience, horrible staff, very scared of children going to the store, they should hire more energetic positive minded staff which is good for Thier business

Cleo's was very enjoyable shopping experience. Staff have a great personality and are extremely helpful. Nice p.j. 's and cozy socks to match. Try it, you'll love it.
