Came in & was able to purchase a coat I had The kingsway location put on hold for me! Shout out to the curly hair lady in Kingsway Ricki's for doing this for me. Sorry don't know your name. Nel at Mayfield common was Great! Thank you for helping me with all the awesome deals while speed shopping LOL. I live South side but always come to thos location. Customer service is always top tier and the selection is fantastic! I was in there last night it was freezing and I was in a hurry, Nel made my experience quick, friendly n affordable.

Nel was lovely and very helpful! All the ladies working were friendly, polite and helpful. Very happy with my new pants!

The service was fantastic. I do not like shopping for pants and she made it enjoyable. She must of brought me at least 15 pair to try on. Great employee. I don’t remember her name. But she had long blindfish hair.

Amazing service today! I've never felt so special while shopping. The associate Nelina went above and beyond for me. I also saved a ton of money. I was treated like a VIP. If you want the same treatment I suggest you go weekdays when she is there.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, however, I am tired of buying garbage winter jackets. Twice in a row now within a year, both my jackets are ruined beyond repair. I'm without a winter jacket in this cold and there's nothing I can do. If the quality were better, this wouldn't be an issue. I'm not buying a new jacket every winter season.

The store manager was quite rude when I went in to return a few items. I actually dread going to this location because of how she treats people and speaks to them very condescendingly. I have been there on a few different occations and her demeanor has not changed, as in she was rude all three times. Kept going back thinking maybe she just had a bad day once or twice. But I wont go back there again.

Appendment:
I just spoke to the manager at the South Common Ricki's who said even without the receipt she would try her best to do right by me and give me a giftcard for the full amount I paid (which I have printed in a rickis document). Way better customer service than disgustingly looking at me and telling me to "phone Rickis corporate so they can explain to you what a receipt is" (can you believe that?)

Anyhow, avoid the Mayfield Ricki's. Not very nice manager!

I like to shop here specifically for their dress pants. I require a longer inseam and they always have some styles in long. I also like many of their shirts. The quality is decent and the price is good. They often have 40% off sales - you never have to buy anything full price!

I just had the worst experience at this location! If I could give it a negative score, I would. I bought over $232 worth of merchandise last Oct. 31. There were two cardigans purchased, each for the same price of $56.90. I bought them for work but shortly after I purchased them I went on medical leave and have never worn the cardigans. I tried to return them today to one of the managers, Shirly, who was immediately rude when she found out it was for a return. She told me that she couldn’t pull up either item on their computer system (I don’t believe that) and said the “best” she could go was offer me a store credit for $9.99! I asked her what happens with the returned goods, ie.if they’re resold and she said that they write them off. Again, I don’t believe this for a second. She kept pointing out that their return policy is only 45 days. I asked about their motto of “No Sale is ever final” and that “customer satisfaction is guaranteed”. She shrugged her shoulders like there was nothing more she could do. There was NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION guaranteed and I will never shop at a Ricki’s again.
