I wanted to thank Elena for being an attentive and efficient to all her customers! She demonstrated what customer service really is. I was tired after work and came to buy a pair of formal pants, as there wasn’t any pants of my size, she quickly signed me up for the membership and offered to ship the pants if needed size to my house. Elena is a customer service representative who anticipate your needs, who will arrange everything for you. Thank you, Elena.

We came in to get jeans for my daughter, and I ended up buying a pair for myself. They didn't have my size in stock, but quickly found it online, and it's being shipped to me. Very helpful staff!

This is my fav store! The sales ladies at this location are super helpful and friendly! They go out of their way in order to make your shopping experience more enjoyable! Always great sales on high quality clothes, and super friendly staff that actually care! I highly recommend the Sunridge Ricki’s location!

I was in for a return. The staff was very helpful. This location seems to be getying busier. Call ahead. The return went easily.

I tried on a pair of pants that were only size 18. I need a 20. There was no size larger. The sweater that I got fits nicely.

On Sunday February 12,2023 I visited the Sunridge location. Tried on a bunch of shirts, settle with 3, and it was buy 2 get one free! Sadly none of the shirts were in my size. So I ordered them through the store. Walked out empty handed, sadly. The next day I got an email saying one was being processed. Went to the store to pick up my one shirt! Brought receipt and explained what happened. So one shirt they had all along and was in the back. Then reordered the other shirt. Thanks so much for you help with this! Turned a negative experienince into a positive! Thanks so much goes out to the assistant manager Beth!

Was exchanging an online order because I got the wrong size. Person working was very helpful and efficient in looking for the right size and processing the transaction. Personable too.

Today, my experience at Sunridge mall, I would say Rickis has the great customer service among the 3 stores I shop. I was so attracted of the new blouse. However, the blue has no more sizes for me, so I choose the white one. Then, she suggested she can order that color for me. I feel she doesn't want me to disappoint, but I said Im happy on white too. The staff was so friendly, always smiling and has a great value to the customers because she knows the guest needs. I would rate her with the score of 10 for customer service.

Went in on Boxing Day with the family, I’m a regular customer at Rickis I believe the manager there was new never seen her before she was absolutely no help and rude to her young staff. A very disappointing change to the store since I am a regular. Will be considering going to other locations.

Wow! Amazing experience at this store buying an outfit for nephews wedding.
So sorry I didn’t see the young ladies name (didn’t see a name tag) but she was so sweet!
There were two ladies working that day, as a manager I listened to their conversations with other customers and they were both outstanding!
They have earned a loyal customer in me for sure!

Update: popped in to look around. Love the patterns this season. Had to pick up a couple tops as they where too cute to say no too lol. Staff was super polite.

Buy most of my business wear here. Typically good deals and not overly pushy sales people. Good quality clothes. Just always end up spending too much money because I could buy everything. Little disappointed that they changed the fit of one shirt as they had some beautiful colors in it but whatever.

I returned some online ordered items here. A nice lady helped and refunded me. She was professional and polite.

They have beautiful pants, blouses and dresses in the store.

Rickis Sunridge Mall- The staff is exceptionally polite. Try to help you with best of their knowledge.

Staff are rude, called to check for a size. Didn't wanna help they asked me to go online instead

Will not be returning to this location- I spend a lot of money in Rickis and I usually go to the Crossiron mills location because the ladies there are so helpful. I was in the area of sunridge location and needed to exchange a jumpsuit I had bought that had damage on it I had not noticed when I bought it. When I went in:
1) the lady 3 feet away ignored me standing at the counter- had to be asked by an associate across the store to help me
2) did not even say hi or sorry/ anything to me, rummaged through my bag, ignoring me for a few minutes so she could finish her conversation with a coworker about their breaks
3) asked me “what do you want with this”. The first things she said to me
4) when I pointed out the damage and explain I just wanted an exchange for the same item, she shoved the jumpsuit and receipt back into the bag and across the counter at me, told me that I can’t make any returns or exchanges at their store and I have to go back to the original store I bought it from. I’ve worked retail previously for years and years, I know people that worked at head office for this company chain, I know the return policy as I’ve had to exchange items before.as I said I spend a lot of money at Rickis.totally unprofessional and clearly she was more concerned about sales being effected over customer satisfaction.
5) I was leaving the store and mentioned this, said I’ve worked retail many years and I’d never heard or been told that I have to go to the original store location to exchange an item for the same item, almost in tears bcs the lady was so abrupt and rude
6) another associate stepped in and realized what was happening, immediately processed the exchange with no attitude, no problems, and was apologizing profusely for the other employee, who said nothing and just walked away.
I for sure will not be returning to the sunridge location and I’m hesitant to return to Rickis in general now. It’s a good thing I’ve enjoyed my experiences at Crossiron or I would never be returning to Rickis.

Horrible experience at this store today. The slim girl associate wearing a floral skirt and black top was so rude. She was just trying to throw us out of store. She basically kept following us in the store even after we told her that we will let them know if we need help. I picked one top to try but i didn't pick the hanger along with the top. She asked me to find it out in store. I personally think they would have enough hangers in the store and I did not leave one behind deliberately. Its just that the way people treat you sometime is not respectful and I expected more professional behavior from someone who deals with customers everyday.

We went to go eat at 7: 25pm and they closed at 8pm and they refused to serve us because they were closing. Wish I could leave 0 stars for this place

I’ve had nothing but fantastic customer service here at this store, especially from the manager and her team.

My only suggestion is that they bring back stickers for my kids. They loved that.

I had the worst experience in my life today at this store. I've never been this upset in a very long time. There was a blonde manager who displayed a lot attitude and it honestly made me very upset. One of the associates had made a mistake on my transaction and when I went back to the store the manager told me that only the associate who did the transaction could help me. The manager called the associate who was at the bank and told her to come back and deal with me and then the manager specifically said "Wait for 5-10 minutes and she'll be here". I waited around 45 minutes standing in the store before I asked her again if she knew how much approximately longer she would be. She replied with so much attitude saying "I don't know I can't tell time". But.why'd you tell me 5-10 mins earlier then? I was so sick of waiting so I asked her if it was okay if I could come in tomorrow morning to deal with this and she replied again with a lot of attitude saying "Sure". I asked if the same associate would be in at 10: 00 am and the manager said "I don't know I can't tell you my associate's schedule". I asked how I was supposed to know when to come in and she replied by saying "Figure it out". I left the store very upset and could not believe how rude this manager was. I highly recommend that no one shop at this store.

The manager at this store is a real tool. She was very disrespectful and displayed a lot of attitude. I highly recommend avoiding this store.

I got really bad service here and do not suggest shopping somewhere the customers are treated so poorly, especially by management. I would shop anywhere else.

Horrible service, will never come here again. Manager was rude and disrespectful. Noticed a problem with my transactions so went back to get if fixed and all I got was a bunch of attitude from the manager. She had me waiting for 40 plus minutes, and still the issue with my transaction wasn’t resolved. This has been my worst experience ever.

The manager here needs to be trained on customer service. I am even willing to set up a go fund me so she can get trained on how to talk with customers.
