The ladies in this store are so helpful! They encouraged me to try some different styles which complimented my body type and I loved!

I love this store and the staff are excellent. I have noticed a change in quality, but that is a brand issue, not a store issue. I will continue to make this my go to store for work and casual wear.

Went in looking for a dress but even though I had lots of help nothing caught my fancy. I happily found some cute tops though so the visit was worth it

Thew last couple times I've stopped in I was disappointed. The staff are so helpful and the store is tidy. Unfortunately the clothing is going downhill and there's limited sizing.

Ashley the shift manager is extremely ignorant. I came in asking about an online order that I had not gotten that was ordered a month ago. I explained that I had called customer service and not gotten a call back. She walked away from me mid-conversation stating that “it’s not her problem”. I don’t think I’ll be shopping with Rickis again. What a poor decision to promote people who don’t have compassion and respect for others when they come to you for help. I felt unwelcome in the store and the issue was not resolved.

I was really unimpressed with how I was treated by the staff there, rather than explaining something nicely to me the lady I dealt with was very snarky and left me not wanting to go back to that location.

I lice this store for office work clothes, I never leave empty-handed with the amazing selection of well fitting clothes and all the great deals.

A great selection of ladies clothing whether it's work attire or an evening out with friends, they have a great variety to choose from. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
