In store purchase, great sale prices! Size was delivered via snail mail, no extra charge. I'm just sorry there weren't more options for both tops and pants.

My teen daughter and I love shopping here. The staff are always so helpful and we always find something we love!

I did notice that it seems Ricki’s has rebranded and changed how their fits work - I loved the signage that explained each fit, but I also found that the table the sign was on, didn’t always match the items on the table - so it was confusing because I didn’t know if they items just weren’t in stock, or if they were located elsewhere. BUT this is part of change and the staff were great at finding everything I wanted! Thank you!

It was a great experience! All the staff were attentive and helped me to find what I needed. The clothing is always good quality and there was a good variety to choose from.

This was a wonderful Ricki’s to shop in! It was big, bright, very clean and organized. I received wonderful treatment and lots of help for one of the associates. I think her name was Jennifer? But I’m not 100% sure. She was so attentive, but not pushy. She checked on me in the change rooms often and was always ready to grab me different sizes to try. I liked that she added a few extra pieces to the change room. I found items I would have never thought to try on! I even walked out with a few of her choices. She was very friendly from the time I entered the store until she checked me out. I found so many beautiful pieces here and I’m really happy with my purchases. Overall I will definitely come back and recommend this place to shop

Not very wheelchair accessible. No touchpad outside to open door, plus then there is an additional interior door. No wheelchair parking outside of store - you have to cross a street to get to accessible parking and in winter with snow - wheelchairs can’t manage the street buildup. Very sad for a newer part of Edmonton.

I stopped by to purchase a gift card, but spotted a shirt that I wanted to buy. (Simple long sleeved shirt)
The sales associate was nice and helpful, I am looking forward to going back to shop their spring clothes.

Phenomenal store. Extremely nice staff that works there. Brilliant clothes. All employees are brilliant. Spectacular items, great prices. Customer service was brilliant. Ricki's is phenomenal place to shop. I rate it 1000% out of 1000%. Best Best.

The girls at south common Rickis were very helpful and even called customer service on my behalf when I got the wrong order. Thanks for the help ladies!

I love the staff at this store! They are always so helpful. The customer service, the sizing and the selection of great fashion is why my entire wardrobe is Rickis.

Took a quick visit to Ricki's. Found a pair of petite Jean's that actually are the right length then another pair of pants. A cool (warm) pair of pjs and some socks. Great shopping trip.

Jennifer was remarkable today. She was very attentive and helpful while I was in the change room. Not only did she pull different sizes for me but also brought some suggestions for me to see. There was no pressure to try them on but it was like having a personal shopper.

Ibalwa6s seem to have good luck there, I can 99% of the time find something and often for $20 or less. Good store layout. And there a few particular staff there who just rock.

Love this store! Found some great deals and the ladies suggested a few pieces that I wouldn't normally go for, but they totally worked! Thanks for your help!

Management doesn't care about the restaurant or the employees. Management have become covid stupid.

I walked into Ricki’s clothing store with my friend and the manager Heather approached me just because I was wearing sweatpants asked me if I need anything I said no I'm looking. Then the manager was watching me while I was looking around in the store. Heather the manger assumed I was stealing when I wasn't

Poor young girl was completely overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up with covid protocols and counting customers. When I got to the till she said she was all alone because her manager was pregnant so she needed to sit in the back and rest and they let the other staff leave early.

I came for black Friday and had been to about 7 different stores where all the staff were miserable/didn't even ask me for help once. I came here and the staff were SUPER friendly. The sales associate Heather in particular was SOOOOO helpful and friendly. I've never had service like that before, she went above and beyond for all her customers, had so much energy and on top of that it was black Friday (so it was busy). Thank you very much!

Went for work clothes on Black Friday wknd and everything was 40% off of the price tag. Best deals for office attire
