I wouldn't take my lawnmower here let alone my ATV! I learned the hard way though. Had my ATV here for two weeks then they said my primary clutch was gone without even taking it apart. They Ordered part's ($1,000), almost three weeks later they started on my ATV. Next day they told me my crankshaft threads were stripped and need a new crankshaft and that was $2,500 parts and labor, not doing it. I got my ATV and two boxing of parts back and l owed them $500. I re threaded crankshaft and put it all back together myself in about 5 hours. That's cleaning parts too.l googled how to do it lol. Save yourself a headache and money and find a better place for your ATV. These guys are a joke

Greedy selfish liars.
Took my atv in to get valves set. Both the mechanic and sailsman tell me the motor is blown and there's nothing to be done. It runs and drives fine still.this business is a joke and should be embarrassed of there service

Big shout out to these guys, we needed a gas cap for our Maverick and they didn’t have one but took it off a machine they had sitting on their lot, amazing customer service.

I had my bike in for engine diagnosis. I did not complete the repairs as it was more than what the bike is worth.
I called: days ahead to let the service department know I was picking up my bike if it could be ready for transport.
The engine was wide open with a loose rag on it. They gave me tape to seal it up myself, and after almost 1/2 hour they managed to get the removed parts together.
The seat and tank were on the bike as if installed for transport. After driving back to red deer with the bike I realized the seat and fuel tank were missing as no bolts (3) were installed.
I called the store, said they would deal with the issue, 4 phone calls and 3 days later talked to the manager, he was aware of the issue, but that it was 100% my problem. The owners is on me to check every part when they are done before I transport it.
The real kicker was his hanging up the phone on me as I did not agree with his thoughts when they could have easily left the Seat and tank off of the bike and I could have put them inside my truck for transport had I know they were not attached.
Overall very disappointed in my interaction with the shop on this issue.
