Ridley's Cycle - Okotoks

When I got my scooter upgraded recently, I figured that I should get a better helmet. The knowledge at this bike shop is fantastic! I now have a helmet I can be safe in while hanging on for dear life!

Great Service! Had an amazing guy (wish I knew his name) who helped us pick out a helmet for my 12 year old. New my price range, and found helmets within it (less expensive actually). Explained the new technologhy in protection. Very personable guy. Extremely pleased with the products and service there. Will definitely be back for all our biking needs!

The service department has provided my family phenomenal service over the past few months. The work completed on our bikes is timely and at a reasonable price. Ben in particular goes out of his way to find solutions for bike fixes that are price conscientious. I would highly recommend the service department at Ridleys.

I was in for brake pads for a vintage road bike. Logan helped me and advised as I am not a young nor aggressive rider, I do not need to buy $ 50 pads. I really appreciate his honesty as I told him to just tell me what I need and he certainly could have sold me much more expensive. But thankfully he is honest as I am on a fixed income.
Thank you Logan, I will be back for all future parts etc.

Ben and the service team brought my bike back to life. The bike has had multiple minor issues since the day I bought it. They are no longer. The bike now rides smooth and quiet, night and day difference compared to the day I bought it. Will definitely be back for service with the family fleet, and likely new purchases moving forward!
