Lidya Alebel is a great person and an excellent agent. When she was helping me find a new car, she asked me what my preferences were and what I am looking for in a car. She was very PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING with me despite giving her head aches and being a difficult client. She stayed true to me and discussed with me all my worries about getting my car and the amount I had to pay. She has aided me in finding car insurance that would have a competitive rate for my situation. She went above and beyond in looking for the right car with the affordable payments. I will always be thankful with all she had done not only as an agent but most importantly as a person understanding what I am going through.

I had a very bad experience, where everyone lies to be able to sell after selling, they ignore it you
and continue to lie, I do not recommend it and I regret having done business with them

they said the car had 75,000 km and the car came with 98,000 km
they said i will get 5,000 cash back in 5 business days and its been 5 weeks and still nothing.

I would give 0 Star but I don't have that option.

Horrible communication, next to impossible to get answers or a call back. No prices listed and when you ask the question gets avoided. Was told it would be no problem to get us an suv and finally after days of “trying” they could only come up with sedans. Don’t waste your time people, just go to house of cars if you need alternative financing. House of cars had us approved and in an suv in under 6 hours. Would rate Right Ride with 0 stars if possible.

More like Wrong ride! I got a horrendously high interest rate and monthly payment. I was promised after 8-12 months, I could either trade in or improve the financial situation. I got covid for a month and did not get a steady job until a week ago. They did Nothing to help or improve my situation. NEVER deal with these people. They bring shame to the car industry. I would know, I worked at House of Cars for a while.

Her customer service is 5 stars, she communicates with you and doesn't make you feel pressured into buying a vehicle you don't feel is the right ride for you (No pun intended). They are upfront with car fax of vehicles and are very reasonable priced!

Katherine Vigilance and her team really took care of us that we couldn't ask for a better service. She gave us all that we are looking for a vehicle. The best part of it is that they did it with us doing almost nothing. Thank you very much you made a family's dream vehicle come true.

Beware if you provide any information they will hit your credit without your authorization over and over again 5+ times so far in two days. They provide you with vehicles that need work and shrug it off telling you to contact warranty. They have shady practices they tell you one thing look right through you and put something else on paper read through everything with a fine tooth comb. Check your tread on tires when purchasing they have a habit of throwing shot tires on a vehicle they are selling, check to see if the windshields have been replaced because they wont use a factory one and fail to recalibrate your system so now your stuck with a $1000+ bill to use features you have on your new vehicle. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL I CONTACTED THE SALES LADY TO ADDRESS ALL THESE THINGS AND SHE ADVISED ME TO PUBLISH A REVIEW SINCE NOONE WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT THESE SHADY PRACTICES! SHE IS NOW NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY FOR THESE REASONS AND MORE! STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!

Worst experience I have ever had in my life sold me a car then when issues arise I get the run around had the car for not even two weeks but when they wanted to get me into the car it was so easy to get a hold of people now I gotta chase people around to get my car fixed I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I went here with my friend recently over the holidays and had a horrible time dealing with the Thieves/employees that hustle here I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, unless it was for a episode of Punk’d!

Do not do business with this office. I was promised a cash back and other things for my vehicle and still have not received anything. I was told there is nothing they can do. Even with providing the proof they still saying there is nothing they can do. When I picked up my vehicle it wasn’t detailed, scratched up and damaged. I had to wait almost two weeks to get it back. The vehicle still wasn’t in pristine order when I picked it up. Just a terrible place. If I had known that my experience was going to be so stressful and that I would be lied to and taken advantage of, I would have kept my vehicle and brought my business elsewhere. DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE THIEVES!

Worst place to get a car. I would give it a 0 if that was possible. Are car is super unsafe and 2 weeks after getting it the battery wouldn't charge and the car broke down.this happened 3 more times and we went back to the dealer ship and they were just super unprofessional about it. Blaming us for everything. Our "new" car is a death trap.go to house of cars instead people

After only a couple of phone calls we went in to see her in person to have all of our options for vehicle that would suite us laid out and explained clearly. Also having former experience in finance she was able to provide us with a better interest rate than any of the big dealerships could offer, as well she had the car cleaned, fueled and delivered to my door. Highly recommendable if you are searching for a newer vehicle.

Not impressed with the saleman as he said onething n done the opposite i wnt to access my loan n I am not even on the lian to get any information do not recommed them n did not get all the paper work envan when the vehicle was delivered did not have a full tank of gas and I had to replace the wiper blades as they were damaged that was an expence was not banking on spoke to someone n nothing was resolved n they did not own up to their screwups

Well having never experienced these sleeze bags myself. I can honestly say they will never be getting my business. My neighbour has been in a dispute with them since September that they refuse to right. Even after AMVIC got involved they still continued to be difficult with them.

Clearly no one listens to customers needs and refuse to own up to their shortcomings. If I could give them zero stars I would!

I went to RightRide to look at a possible second car for myself. Awak was absolutely amazing, he worked diligently to make sure I got the car I wanted. Awak made me feel like I was an old friend, I ended up driving away with a car that suits me in every way, I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend RightRide to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Shady tactics. Salesman at RightRide was sending me cropped photos of vehicles that were listed by other dealerships on Autotrader.ca with a markup of 3,000 dollars and hoping I wouldn't notice. Do your homework people. The same car could be listed by many dealers for different prices. Check Autotrader, Kijiji and Facebook Marketplace to make sure you are getting the real prices.

We had a great experience at RightRide with Katherine as our sale rep. Our car died and as we were getting a rental at Enterprise Rentals which is next door we strolled over and wanted to look at SUV's. Katherine showed us a couple and we really liked one. We still wanted to look at some other vehicles that evening and while we didn't end up purchasing through Right Ride our experience was great and the communication and service that we received was excellent.

Would not recommend. They do not explain costs very well, they like to get you to sign things as quickly as possible and just add on costs. They also stick their advertising stickers and place cover/boarder on your vehicle without permission. I will never go with this company again and I will never recommend any one, do not buy, finance, lease or refinance with this company, if you do question everything! The whole experience has left me further in debt and feeling lied to not to mention the fact that they couldn't even get all the correct documents at once and I had to then keep sending them. AVOID!

I would warn anyone who is thinking to go there to buy a vehicle just be careful.don't make the same mistake I did, I signed a paper without reading it. I trusted the sale agent, she betrayed me by adding 1019$ documentation fees which was not part of the deal. It was a misleading unfortunately I could not leave the vehicle because I had already signed the papers.
